I'm torn with this experience. I bought tires off the internet, and Wyatt's was listed as a nearby installer. I had the tires sent there and they arrived on time. They informed me the cost to install 4 tires would be $318! Per tire cost breakdown: $25 to dismount old tire, $25 to mount new tire, $25 to balance the tire, and $18 for TPMS and any incidentals. That's a total of $93 per tire! Expensive as hell! So I passed on the install and just picked up my tires. The staff person was friendly, courteous, professional-a nice guy. These guys are amazing! Arlan, the general manager, helped us find our difficult tires (we have "commercial type" tires for our RV) and we made our appt. to have them installed. Upon arrival the shop was ready to go to work and almost immediately (I think we waited 2 minutes lol) they got started on our tires!! They work like a well oiled machine and the instillation was fast, professional and well done! Great job everyone!! There is a reason they have been in business since 1925! I highly recommend coming here for your tire needs! Oh and a VIP thing for me...the shop is CLEAN! And everyone

Went here to get 4 new tires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Another mechanic pointed out the possibility of an issue and the folks at Wyatts said things looked fine. When I was there I saw lots of commercial vehicles— vans for painters, cleaners and other contractors, and what looked like a municipal agency vehicle! Seeing they were getting work done here was a big confidence boost.

Had a rental van from Portland with a leaking valve stem which Wyatts diagnosed after we repeatedly had to fill air on our road trip. Josh got us in promptly and diagnosed and took care of the problem. He didn't charge us for his services and said we had been through enough of an ordeal dealing with the tire. We can't thank Josh enough for his goodwill and excellent service. These guys were all courteous and legit!

I was headed from Oregon to California recently... then the tire pressure light came on within the first hour of driving- a nail in my already worn tire. We called around to a few places to see if we could get in asap to avoid delaying an already long drive and Arlen from Wyatt's Tire Co answered. As soon as I drove up, Arlen came right out and got me in. He was very helpful, professional and fast! He replaced my tires (they needed it anyway and even helped with a rebate) and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend these guys - Arlen is the best!

Yesterday at 3pm I got a flat. After calling for towing service, I called Wyatt's to check if they had a tire for my car. They had one left and held it for me until the tow truck arrived and got me there. Josh was super busy, but even 30 minutes before they closed, he managed fo make time for my last-minute, unscheduled visit. This is the second (or third?) time I've done business with Wyatt's Tire, and each time they've been very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. We were traveling and got a flat tire at 4pm on a Friday. The old tire was destroyed and could not be fixed. The flat tire put us behind, we had 2 hours to get to our destination over 100 miles away. I didn't get their names but the 3 guys working went above and beyond to find us tires and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. We made it with time to spare. Definitely impressed!

I was having trouble accessing the tire valve stem of my Honda ruckus scooter with not only the air pressure gauge but most importantly the inflator. After visiting four other places from fast stations to bicycle repair shops I was recommended by another car tire dealership to Wyatts and they not only filled my tire but also made recommendations of other additional alternative devices in order to allow me to be able to access the valve with a pressure gauge and inflator. Thank you sooooo much Wyatts and I'm sure I'll be back for your excellent customer service you in the future !

Emailed Wyatt's looking for some tires for my Motorhome. Quick response from Randy made me decide to check them out when I arrived in Eugene. When I arrived a day early that was not a problem, we discussed several options and decided on the best tires for my rig. The techs went to work and carefully took the old tires off, polished my rims and balanced and installed my new tires. Randy and the boys got me what I needed in record time and saved me hundreds of dollars over the nearest competitors price

Tires priced kind of high but they seriously gouge you on all of the upsells that no other tire shops hit you for, and those upsells are way overpriced. A stem for $8 when other shops toss those in or are $2 at most. $15/tire to remove the old TPMS when other shops don't even charge. $28/tire to mount and balance... all other shops are $15. Lug nuts are double the price than others. This all added hundreds of dollars to their quote versus their competitors. That, and they didn't even have the tires in stock.
These guys are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers... shame on them.

The Guys at Wyatt's tire are awesome. I pulled in about five minutes before closing not realizing that they were closing and Josh and Ryan stuck around and fixed my flat tire for free because I had purchased my tires from them. When all was said and done they wouldn't take the tip I wanted to give them for there time and said that my loyalty to there business was enough. It's nice to see that good customer service is still out there. Thanks Josh and Ryan.
