All of our technicians are ASE certified. Several are "Master Certified" which means that they are certified in all eight areas of the automobile. Several other technicians have received the coveted L1 advanced rating which only 13% of the nation's 391,000 certified technicians receive. Our service advisors also receive training on a systematic basis enabling them to advise our customers wisely about maintenance and safety issues.
Finding a competent auto technician need not be a matter of chance. Much of the guesswork has been eliminated, thanks to a national program conducted by the non-profit National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). ASE tests and certifies automotive professionals in all major technical areas of repair and service.
Occasionally you may experience unpleasant odors coming from the vents. Mold and mildew can tend to grow in the dark, moist environment of the A/C and heater ducts. You may also feel your A/C isn't as cool as it should be. Today's modern systems use much less Freon than in years past and it is critical to keep the system properly charged.

Most of these cooling system auto repairs could have been prevented by relatively inexpensive maintenance. For most vehicles we recommend service every other year or at 30,000 mile intervals. Testing the cooling system for ph balance and acidity is another way to determine if the cooling system requires service.

Don't waste your time...because they will certainly waste yours without apology. I made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped my car off before they were even open on the day of the appointment. At 230pm I hadn't heard a word. When I called they said they were behind and my car was next to be looked at. Still hadn't heard anything and called back at 515 (15 minutes before they closed). Person on the phone sounded annoyed that I was calling back. Said they hadn't looked at it, but would look at it tomorrow. Can't exactly take their word for it when they already wasted

Love these guys!!! Can't say enough about their commitment to professionalism. I was new in town and unsure who to go to as I hate to see a mechanic without a personal reference. Thy 100% took care of my car and were flexible with scheduling and helping me with a loaner car for the day it was worked on. Cannot say enough!!

told me my vehicle was fixed, I came in, it was Still broke, so I had to walk all the way back home,
Would not guarantee their work,
Destroyed my Engine Block and Camshaft because they were full-throttling my racecar, with no regret,
Bottomline: If you want your car Broken EVEN MORE, the Sun Auto is your Place.
I will never go here again, and I warn you, to stay away.

"Pre-Sale Used Car Inspection"
Entire transaction was handled by Mike from the 1st phone call for the appointment to the final review of the inspection report after it was completed ~ in a 1 word summary PERFECT! Mike was very professional, wasn't hurried and took the time to explain the details. He talked to me like a fiend ort neighbor and regardless that the phone rang several different times he made sure I was the focus of his conversation, asking another employee to take the call(s) or allowed them to go to voice mail. In this day and age one has trouble finding an auto repair

My new best friends in the auto mechanics world, where you just never know who you can trust at any given time.
They're easy to talk to and personable on top of having skilled mechanics on board. That's a huge plus for someone who isn't too great at going into a new place. I always feel frustrated when something goes wrong with a car, it's upsetting since we depend on our vehicles so much but also you get those jerks who talk down to you or rush you through telling them what the problem is. This is a first!!! I just picked up my car from Sun Automotive, the hose for the power steering was busted. I was quoted a price over the phone yesterday and when I went to pick it up it was $75 cheaper. When I commented I was told they were able to find the part cheaper and they passed that saving on to me! Thank you!!!!!! I went in to get my first interior detail. I think they did a good job, and they also dressed my tires as well. couldn't tell if they threw in a car wash, since it was raining. I would give them a grade of A-. It isn't a sure thing that i would go back for my other car, i'm still debating, but i am happy with the one i got. it was almost everything i hoped it would be.
The two people i interacted with, on the phone and when i dropped off my car, were courteous and would get top score.
