From social stress to self-esteem to ADHD, anxiety, depression and anger, Jeff has developed effective strategies for relating to teens, helping them feel understood and helping their parents relate to them more effectively.Even if your teen is initially resistant to coming to counseling, if you can get him or her in the door, Jeff will work hard to build a relationship that supports growth and understanding.

I am impressed with the ease of scheduling Jeff provides on his website and that he takes so many kinds of insurance, including mine - thank you! It can be so difficult to get an appointment with a therapist these days and Eastlake Counseling takes the stress of scheduling away. Thank you!

I just had my first session and I’m looking forward to our next. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with him. His office was nice and easy to locate. AND he accepts insurance which is a huge PLUS.

I’m a retired Naval Aircrewman. I’m a cancer survivor. This doctor refused to treat me because he was scared. He’s not a doctor he’s just making money in this profession. Does not care about people or their wellbeing. He’s just looking for easy patients.
