Services
Suzanne Schaper received her certification in massage therapy from MTTI 15 years ago, sharing her knowledge for health and wellness with her clients ever since. A life free of pain and disease is a more full life and Suzanne enjoys assisting her clients in their pursuit of health and happiness. It has long been believed that stress is a major contributor to disease and chronic health issues.
Suzanne Schaper offers a holistic approach to massage therapy that provides healing for the whole person. Incorporating Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy and reflexology, Suzanne's method focuses on creating a feeling of all over comfort and relaxation. Your therapeutic massage includes gentle to firm pressure to ease your muscle tension, improve your circulation, and increase your flexibility.
Massage therapy not only offers that break and retreat, but addresses the tension and stress throughout the body at the same time. Your massage includes gentle to firm pressure to ease your muscle tension, improve your circulation, and increase your flexibility. Incorporating Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy and reflexology, Suzanne's approach to massage therapy focuses on creating an overall feeling of comfort and relaxation.
While your therapeutic massage retains an element of relaxation, advanced techniques are used for pain and chronic health issues. This kind of massage includes medium to firm pressure and incorporates deep tissue techniques to focus on trouble areas as requested by the client or located by the therapist.
While often incorporated into a massage, myofasical release differs from massage therapy. With myofasical release, the therapist identifies areas of tension with observation and touch and then applies gentle stretching. This engages the restrictive barrier in the tissue until a release occurs, leaving muscles and fascia softer and more pliable.

For my first massage, this was an exceptional experience. Suzanne does a great job asking questions to really personalize your experience and make it feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

I have been getting massages from Suzanne every month for over a year. She is professional, thorough, and talented! I always feel comfortable with her, and she has figured out my problem areas and helped "fix me." She recently added a cupping machine service to our routine and I have never felt tension release so quickly. I highly recommended Suzanne, 10/10!

I've been going to Suzanne for massages for a few years now and I always feel so much better after a session with her. Her studio is a nice environment, relaxing, and warm. Sometimes there are yoga classes next door which you hear a little bit but it's not bad. She does aromatherapy during the massages as well. (I recommend a blend of lavender and peppermint). Overall, totally worth the price!

I love the feeling of stress relief I feel after a massage. Suzanne focuses on my knotted and tired muscles. I especially appreciate it when I am suffering from one of my headaches. Not only do I feel better immediately, but my body feels healthier for days after. I highly recommend Suzanne Schaper Massage therapyl

Suzanne is AWESOME. I've received numerous full body and hot stone massages from her and look forward to the experience every time. Suzanne takes the time to listen to your unique situation, to learn about what might be ailing you, and to get to know you as a person. She truly cares about you and you can tell from the massage she gives you. I nearly fall asleep on the table at each session--it's that relaxing. I can't rave enough about Suzanne Schaper Massage!
