Fantastic customer service. Anytime my family and I have any questions or concerns, we know we can rely on Mr. Ali to guide us through the way. It is my privilege to recommend Nova Home Health Care. Nova Home health Care caregivers took wonderful care of my mother at home allowing her to stay in her house four years longer than she would have been able to stay otherwise. That made my mother very happy and was a blessing to the entire family. Caregivers were extremely compassionate and completely trustworthy. I have been involved with the Home Health Care industry for over six years now. I generally only focus on the skilled services aspect these days but have been and continue to remain knowledgeable on the personal care services as my patients often require them. For the past three years I have used Mr. Ali's agency on several occassions. Never have I had a single complaint on their services. Mr. Ali even goes so far as to join his nurse when she does the intial visit for new patients. This is without peer! He is a very nice man with a pleasant and inviting attitude.
