Founded in 2010 by an ER physician and entrepreneur, MeMD originated as a telehealth company that aimed to provide individuals and businesses with on-demand, online care for common illnesses and injuries. Our slogan was Healthcare Virtually Everywhere, and our goal was to disrupt the healthcare space by delivering quick, affordable and convenient access to medical care online, nationwide.

We found that we were quite effective - consistently providing first-in-class care to patients, while gaining a reputation for being a nimble and friendly company with which to partner - suddenly telehealth became mainstream. Have used um before had Jenny M as Doc she was great .well last time had nurse practitioner named Shelly Turk had terrible manners. I had to call back several times screwed up everything then tried to refuse antibiotic for a low IGA patient with bronchitis during covid. This women does not belong in that job ,too rough,bad listening skills and weak knowledge.Peace Jeff D.

My wife just used this service for the first time, and is very pleased. We did have to contact the mainline for customer support due to the pharmacy not receiving the original prescription, and the customer support was FANTASTIC. Within 30 minutes the service rep (Ashley) had reached out to the doctor and the pharmacy. And the pharmacy filled the prescription immediately. We will not hesitate to use this service again.

Waste of money. After informing a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant about congestion and sore throat that had been lingering, my treatment suggestion was to "gargle salt water". This is not the first time our family has called with this same type of outcome. They keep the 25$ copay regardless of their treatment plan. Best using a local walk in clinic

I have tried memd a few times out of necessity. It doesn't cost me anything to use this service and I still feel taken advantage of. Copy and paste responses from webmd. I had the same cold as my wife and same symptoms but the doctors prescribed her medication. I was told to use a neti pot. As previously stated one would be better off not wasting time on memd.

This is a great service for anyone who is sick but can’t afford to go into the doc or sit for hours in an urgent care. The representive I spoke with at MeMD was super helpful, and the doctor I spoke with was the exact same. Took me no more than 30 mins start to finish and the cost was great considering how much going to an urgent care can cost. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a quick visit.

Fantastic, friendly, helpful, compassionate, concerned staff. Luckily I found MeMD just before taking myself to the ER. I had an asthma attack strike at nearly 12AM on a Saturday. The assistants searched throughout Phoenix for a 24hr pharmacy so that I could purchase my albuterol that night. (Yeah, I know. What self-respecting asthma-attackee loses their only inhaler?! Me.. sadly). They went above and beyond to make my experience (calling from home) as comfortable as possible, especially since I was having difficulties breathing. MeMD cost less than urgent care and certainly was a fraction of what

This was my first time ever using MeMD mobile app and I absolutely loved how easy it was to maneuver. It was so convenient to get a call from a Doctor and get what I need, rather than go wait in Urgent Care with a whole bunch of sick people and then have to go wait at the pharmacy. I will be recommending this to all my family and friends!

Tried twice to use this service. Each time it took my payment then there was a problem. First the site seemed to reset the second time I got stuck in the "waiting room". 45 minutes later, even after help from the "care coordinator" I had gone no where. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, again, and to have the "visit" cancelled. The solution apparently is to only log on to the service via PC using Google Chrome. Nice to know after the fact and after the payment.
