Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 20 wings online, which is a pretty simple order. Got home and found a cheese pizza, no pep. Double checked the email confirmation and even the paper slip on the pizza box and both confirmed that a pepperoni pizza was ordered. I usually let a careless error or two slide but they’ve made quite a few of them over the years so I’m done with this place. A cheese pizza might be fine if you’re a child at 8 year old’s birthday party but I wanted pepperoni and like any reasonable person, I want to receive what I ordered and what I paid for. We order from here often! 8 out of 10 times the food is really good!! My only thing is sometimes the pizza is more burnt like & not much cheese, but then the next time it's great! When I order mine with extra cheese it's always much better!! All I all thought it's not bad! Service & waiting time is not bad! Pickup is fast! Friendly service! I would recommend this place

Bought wings from here when I seen that they offered "extra hot". I don't know if there was a miscommunication or what happened, but they weren't even medium. I was thinking maybe they thought I said extra hot sauce? But they weren't saucy either, so I don't know. Very disappointing. We had to use our own Frank's to give them some spice.
Wing size was average and they were cooked well.

I had a pepperoni pizza and an order of hot barbecue wings. Reason for 3 stars is because although the wings were really really good, the pizza was really really bland (no taste). I love really good pizza and I’m always on a quest to find the absolute best pizza I can in Buffalo (and it’s surrounding area) and my pizza from Pizza Heist was not one of them.

We ordered for the first time using online ordering, also for the first time. We made a mistake and ordered the wrong sub, it was discovered when the owner(I think) relay the order to me. He made The correct sub in less than 10 minutes and brought it right out to our car with the rest of the order which I assume he kept warm for us. When we got home and opened our food we were impressed by the care and presentation that went into our food. Pizza heist is clearly about serving the customer and providing great value. Definitely going back!!!

The pizza is good. The crust could be better, but the cheese and sauce make up for the lack of flavor in the crust. I ordered mine with olives and onions. They were very generous with those toppings. The wings are nice and crispy. Very good flavor, I especially liked the garlic parmesan and honey mustard. The BBQ and the hot BBQ were my wife's favorite. Also on Thursday they have 75 cent wing day which is nice. Good service and good food at a decent price. The parking lot is sort of dangerous backing into traffic and it was busy at the intersection when I went. Be careful backing out of the lot

We ordered through slice for pick up. We got the BBQ Chicken Finger Pizza and the appetizer sampler. I was so surprised by how delicious the Pizza was!
It was ready precisely on time for pick-up, and they took the right amount of caution for COVID-19. They gave us a LOT of blue cheese, which is always deeply appreciated. The pizza was cooked perfectly.
We will definitely be ordering from here again!

We recently ordered tacos at this pizzeria. The chicken was deep-fried but not terrible. Steak taco, was fake steak, processed crap. Tasted awful. The beef taco had too much taco seasoning, couldn't taste the beef just seasoning - not good as well! Overall, these were huge taco raps with very little meat inside. It was a sure tell when I picked up the bag and it felt extremely light in weight. Cost, average to high - $5+ a taco. I will never order tacos from there again.

I ordered a large cheese and pep and double order of wings for a Friday night special- which was a great price! The integrity of each slice was good- meaning it holds up well by itself in the hand and through the dipping in bleh cheese without falling apart. The crust and pepperoni were perfectly crisped and the sauce was the perfect amount and slightly sweet.
The bleu cheese is homemade and deliciously garlicky which is a huge bonus

Decent! I've passed by this place a million times and have always wondered about it. When I finally got the chance to check it out the other day, I was pleasantly surprised. There's not really any seating other than a table from what I can remember, so it's mostly an order to go type place. I just grabbed a quick slice on my way home. When I opened the box I was greeted by a deliciously cheesy slice of pepperoni. Nothing too fancy with this place, and you seem to get what you pay for. The slice had that signature sweet sauce on it, although a little sweeter than I normally like,

My wife convinced me to give The Pizza Heist another shot since they are not that far away. Their standard cheese and pepperoni pizza has greatly improved from when I last had their pizza a few years back. My only suggestion is that they cook the pizza just a little bit longer. It's not only Pizza Heist, but I have noticed a lot of places serving slightly undercooked pizza over the past several years.

My family (and friends) all love this place!
The food is always great as are the people! They have amazing pizza, and their wings and subs are also delicious. My husband is a huge steak sub kind of guy, so it's always a treat when he gets one from PH!
The owner is always generous and kind, and the staff seem to be loyal and enjoy working for him.
Overall this is our Go To place in Lancaster for take out!

Delivery really sucks.
I mean I ordered over an hour ago and still haven't gotten my food, so when I politely called to see what's going on, the guy who answered just said "uhh well our delivery guy is out so im sure he'll be there any minute ."
But I called at 6pm and it's not 7:25.
And they told me it would be delivered WITHIN the hour.
You just don't keep a girl that's on her period , lonely , and starving and in waiting.
You just don't do that.
It's lethal .

Pizza heist has grown on me....REALLY. There pizzas have come a long way, very tasty "sweet" sauce. Nice buffalo style pie "thicker crust" the only thing I wish was the pepperoni has some nice char to it.
Anyways? If you like thicker pizza and sweet sauce try them out. If you don't skip them or try something else and skip leaving a bad review.
