I think a good funeral home is when there is a great Funeral Director that is present not only at the services but doing things above and beyond. I have been to many services at Palmer and I would talk to a young lady, Jessica, and she is so great. I came to find out that she is no longer working at Palmer. Whenever my friends recommend a funeral home i always think about Jessica because I know she would take care of the families. She made it so personal. Being older makes me think that when my time does come up I would want someone like Jessica to take care of me and she would console my family

Extremely unprofessional. I didn't even know who the director was because she was not dressed for the occasion. The assistants have nasty attitudes, one of them smelled like an ashtray.I will never recommend. Only reason the funeral was there was because my family member had a pre-need with this place.
