From when we heard our son had died, they offered their services to assist. The Funeral Home was further away than was preferred. However, they were amazing, asked us what we wanted. They sat with my youngest in the hall until he was ready to see his brother. Our son looked at peace. Due to COVID we WhatsApp'd in our families to see him. We cremated our son and got several momentos to remember him in the years to come. Every thing was perfectly what we asked for and was provided with love and caring. Thank you, Goetz Funeral Home, but especially Krisanna & Stephen Bradley.

Goetz did a wonderful job handling our mothers funeral arrangements in a very compassionate and professional manner. They did an excellent job guiding us through the process while answering all of our questions. Also, they and did a very diligent job informing us on all the aspects related to the funeral and all the other fine details associated with the process. All matters related to cost we're upfront and nothing was ever hidden or glossed over. Their prices were very fair and reasonable as compared with other funeral homes we looked at. They were great with everything except they repeatedly got my mother's middle name wrong. Each time I have to get new copies of death certificates, it takes them 6-8 weeks. I caught the mistake the first time I went in there and they never remedied it. It's taken way too long and is costing me a lot of money.
Use this funeral home, just make sure they spell everything right. Talk to the director, Wade, and not the receptionist.
