At Developing Wellness Therapy Group, we understand that being in therapy is not easy or comfortable. Our staff of professionally licensed Therapists are here to provide a safe and comfortable environment, and together, will work through those uncomfortable barriers throughout the process of therapy with you.
We are here to help our Clients accept and understand that we all have self defeating behaviors, which are things we do that don't actually help us, and probably cause more harm. Our goal is to help our Clients change those behaviors to get better results, with whatever it is you may be struggling with.

Services
Individual counseling sessions are for those looking to improve their mental and emotional well being by being open to exploring themselves at a deeper level. Individual therapy helps You learn self awareness, really looking into oneself to see why we do the things we do, and to understand how what we do affects others in our lives.
Our couples therapy sessions are primarily focused on sex, intimacy and communication. We are here as the objective, third person, to observe how the couple interacts with each other and provide feedback on how to implement effective communication skills, even while emotional influence is present in the relationship dynamic.
Family sessions are available for any family looking to have regular therapy together to work through family issues, conflict and resolution. With a professionally licensed therapist who specializes in family therapy, your family members will have joint and individual sessions as needed, working together with the therapist to address family systems therapy.
Small Group Therapy provides you with a therapeutic connection to others struggling with similar issues. At our practice, a small group consists of just 4-6 members to help the group maintain private and safe intimacy with one other, and to increase the individual effectiveness for each person in the group.
Self Care Services are offered as another option for working on your mental and emotional well-being. These sessions are not psychological counseling sessions, however are focused on skills and techniques for improving mental health and well-being, also facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.
