Since 2000, I've been working full-time as a NJ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in helping people with relationship problems and individual challenges. I am a graduate of Drexel University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In counseling, I use techniques that are insight-focused and behavior-based, addressing cognitive patterns as well as self-defeating beliefs.
I am married with two daughters and live in Ocean County. Bob has been my counselor and helped with my divorce. He has guided me through the grief of a failed marriage.
