Mr. Hesse was raised in Houston, Texas. He Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1994 and became an Officer of Marines in 1999. In 2003 he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his tour of duty, he was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and attended Texas Tech Law School in the fall of 2003.

Whenever I had first got charged, I had lost a lot of hope and even saw a couple different attorneys before I had seen Chris. I called him and he called me back that same day. Chris wasn’t the kind of attorney that buttered things up or tried to comfort me. What he did tell me were best case scenarios and worst case scenarios and I respect that. He told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear.
