I tried contacting this company hours after they listed a rental and they never responded. I called several times with no answer, I left two messages with their answering service, and requests on Zillow and not one return call. I call today and the property is gone. I informed the unidentified woman who answered the phone that I have been calling and calling, she gave a long pause, then said, I apologize. If I could rate the responsiveness and professionalism with zero stars, that's exactly what they would have from me.

I live next door to one of Mike Rushin rental property. And he never did anything for his property there are tree limps on the back top of this house next door to my home. The tenants lived in the home 7-years and only cleaned and cut their grass maybe three times out of the seven years. Now that they have finally moved out of the house that is managed by Mike Rushin there is trash and old torn up furniture picked up everywhere on front of this house. He has never showed any interest in this property.

My fiancé and I were looking for a home at the beginning of March.Our lease was up and we were currently living month to month so finding a new home as soon as possible was ideal. We viewed homes on Mike Rushin's reality website. We came across a home we were very interested in renting we drove to the location and viewed only the outside of the home .
