Ferstl Valuation Services is an Arkansas-based appraisal company founded by Tom and J.T. Ferstl. This father and son began their business with a simple goal - to offer their Arkansas clients, and those in the surrounding states, reliable, trustworthy, certified real estate appraisals. Since 1967, the Ferstl name has been synonymous with accurate, reliable, and experienced real estate appraisal and analysis services.

Tom Ferstl is also a certified general appraiser in Missouri, Mississippi, and Texas and J.T. holds general appraiser certifications in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Attempting to find missing information on for Google maps I went in and politely asked, after explaining in simple language that I was fact checking for Google, what the website and hours were for another business, Cynthia Voguel, that popped up with the same location. The receptionist was extremely discourteous and called someone else, equally as discourteous. I would never recommend a business that treats strangers so rudely.
