Justin Lang, our agent, was fantastic!!! He was able to quickly show us any homes we asked about and did a great job at suggesting properties we should look at. He convinced us to take a look at a property that we initially weren't too interested in, but we ended up falling in love with it and it is now our home. We closed on our house a few months ago and had such a great experience. Laura K was amazing and always accommodated us into her schedule when houses would pop up. Josiah, our agent, was very professional and helpful through the process. The photographer they sent out did a very nice job. They had our listing up and active the same day that photos were taken. From listing to closing was just over a month! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything went...though that meant hustling to pack up 😊. We worked with Laura Koukos in our search for a home. Working with Laura was a wonderful experience. She was personable and brought incredible experience to our search. We would be able to text an address we wanted to see to her, and she (along with her team) would set up a time for us to see the property in a very expedient manner.

Over the last ten years we have worked with Toni several times, and she and her staff never seem to fail. This home was put on the market 11/3/20; went to pending 11/23/20; and completed final close today. Communication was clear, concise, and time sensitive.

This agency is top-notch. Most people are used to the typical agent who manages the buying as well as the selling, but this is a team who covers all bases. I see Sold On Toni all over the Stateline area. I see their signs, I hear their name on the radio, and I see Toni on Shark Tank with Barbara Corcoran almost every week. Would not recommend Toni as a listing agent. My stepson wanted to look at her listing as a serious buyer and she would not show it to him. He had to contact another agent from the phone book to see the home and purchased it immediately. Guess she just wants to list em and not put in the effort to show and sell em.
