I was introduced to Fidel B. in the midst of working with another realtor on home buying process. He stepped in and listened to my concerns then made me priority and got me in to view a house I had inquired about to my realtor and hadn't gotten a response back. We were viewing the house that night and made an offer. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. With the market being where it is today, you have to be aggressive in the home buying process. Fidel and his team have been excellent to work with. Our home was on the market for only a few days and we had multiple offers. He was super helpful through the whole process. Had no idea what I was doing and was paired with him by zillow and couldn't have been happier. He made a consistent effort to reach out and help without being overwhelming. He made the whole process easy to understand and explained it all to me as we went. So not only did he make the process easy but also taught me alot about it along the way. Negotiation was great He made sure I knew all the potential me and the home had so I knew how much both were worth. Overall great to work with and helps however he can.
