I’ve been in the process of looking for a house for almost two years. I worked with my agent Solomon after my family recommended him and my experience was absolutely 10 stars. This company was the landlord for a company I worked for. They allowed our building to have raccoons in the walls and ceiling for over 4 months. A guy was hired that did close to nothing. He lied about what he caught. We then spent 6 weeks with a dead raccoon in the ceiling which led to flies, maggot, and more flies. Contractors were hired to "make us happy," but they were only doing cosmetic things, not things that truly needed to be fixed, like the roof and the foundation, and the raccoons to be removed. It was absolutely disgusting and even more disgusting how the slumlords handled

STAY AWAY!!! What a horrible experience me and my wife had with Quicken loans and Solomon from Berkshire Hathaway Crosby Stark Realty. First of all, nobody accepts Quicken loans, second of all Solomon cost us our dream home! Seller asked me to secure a back up local lender and ended up selling the house the next day because Solomon didn't get anything in writing! I would give zero stars if I could STAY AWAY!!! He cost me and my wife at least $8k:-(
