The complex is nice looking while riding through it. The apartments themselves are decent on the inside. When I first moved in, had an issue with plumbing, door shift creating a gap gor bugs to crawl in, & utilities were higher than they quoted moving in. My biggest issue with this place is the unreliable office hours. The website says one thing but they pretty much open & close when they please. The 1 thing that makes up for it is they will take your packages to your apt. But it is HIGHLY FRUSTRATING thinking you are going to go during office hours just to find them closed when they say they are

My fiance and I have lived here together for two years (he moved in on his own first a year before and I joined in later.) There are plenty of layouts to choose from and they are surprisingly affordable and comfortable for the amount of space they offer, which is great for kids going to SFA who can room together or those who make lower wages who don't want to settle on cheaper options with poorer quality. The exterior is well-cared for and their maintenance crew is great at handling emergency requests, and the office people have always been kind and attentive when we needed to visit them.

I lived here for over two years. The apartments are nice, and there are several layouts to choose from. The complex's lawn was always well maintained, and it has a dog park that is regularly mown, has a bench, and has plenty of shade. Great place for pets. Heard that University Hill Apartments now has new owners, so I hope they keep good care of the complex.

Worst customer service. I drove in to town to look at apartments twice because I will be relocating and both times they were completely rude. They had a nasty attitude and acted like I was wasting their time. I had called a couple of days before to make sure there was a room to look at and they assured there would be. Once I got there they said they had no rooms to show.
