The Overlook apartments are wonderful to live at! The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help answer any questions. My experience at the Overlook has been nothing but great! I definitely recommend living here.

I enjoy living at overlook! i enjoy the dog park they have, my doggies have met some nice doggy friends! definitely recommended my friends who want to live on campus to check out the overlook! the staff is amazing and helpful, they always have a smile on they face no matter what!

The overlook is a great place to live! The staff is so friendly and they have a great pool to hang out at during the summer time! The apartments are so spacious! Really nice to have a private bath!

If you are a student, do not live here. I have lived here for a full semester now and there has been problems with air conditioning, washers and dryers, bugs, and the dishwasher. They are quick to come fix it, but it never lasts. I have also found cockroaches several times in different areas of my apartment. I highly recommend considering another apartment complex if you are a student looking to move into an apartment.

Amazing place to live at. Friendly staff, great volleyball court, and a big pool to hangout with friends and family. Living at The Overlook has been the best experience for me personally. Look no further and definitely take into consideration living here!!! You will not regret it

This is the best place to live in Nacogdoches!!! Amazing prices, fully furnished and friendly staff. The Overlook staff is always going above and beyond to make the residents feel safe and to make it feel like home. They plan many events and fun giveaways! I absolutely love it here!

My overall experience at the overlook was not good. From the start, we were promised all new furniture and all we got was a couch and new kitchen chairs. We had an old beat up table, broken dressers, and multiple missing handles on furniture. We had several mold outbreaks in our apartment, which were never completely resolved. There were also constant roaches being found in the apartment, even after being sprayed for.

They have given me such a great experience for my first apartment. When I had roommate problems they helped find me a new room. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful. It is a big apartment compared to the size of other apartments near SFA.
