The price is great if you don’t mind having 100’s of roommates, sorry not roommates. Roaches. Two of our air units went out at the same time and had been broken for months, management sent maintenance out to fix it(maintenance is amazing, the issue is management) it was unfixable and he was told to “patch up the problem”. Months went by and it was never fixed. There was also black mold in our apartment and we were essentially gas lighted about it and told that it wasn’t mold and they would just paint over it. Because of all the issues we were having while living there we had to sleep

COCKROACHES! The entire 6 months that my girlfriend and I lived in this dump we complained about our pest problem and all that was done was a bit of spraying for out apartment only and no one else’s! The parking lot is as bumpy as a country road, maintenance would take their sweet time to do anything we asked and occasionally just didnt show up at all. Terrible management and again the constant roach problem was atrocious. Rent might be cheap but thats going to cost you in what you’ll be putting up with while living here.

This property is awesome! Makayla was the best and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. I would say she went above and beyond for what she needed to do. I would have stayed if I could. In addition, this property has a lot of other great qualities such as: pool, gym, small dog area, and dog washing station. The outside of the apartments might not look the best, but the inside was pretty nice. I had the one bedroom and it was more than enough space for me. Sad I had to leave.

I have NEVER liked this place. I have lived here in this town all my life and all my life it has been a bad area that draws a shady crowd and is poorly run. The look changes periodically, and even the management may change hands, but the atmosphere never does. If you value your money and your home environment is important to you, you'd do well to find another place to stay. This place and the "brick maze" may offer what seems to be a nice deal, but you couldn't pay me to live in either of these places. Saving money can cost you in the long run. Spend a bit more so that you don't have to live in

I have lived here almost 6 months now, and it didn’t take long to decide that I love it here! Maint is quick to come when needed, the manager is professional yet personable and very easy to talk to! Parking is heavily monitored, by security as well as a towing company, however it’s great, I know that there will always be parking for people who actually live here.

So if I could give zero stars I would. When my girlfriend and I first got to these apartments the manager seemed competent. After a short time there we were proven otherwise. No matter when or what you try to get taken care of, it takes forever. Down to the simple things like getting the correct wireless router. They gave no information on this prior to us getting one, just said we have to provide our own. When we did, it was wrong and didn't work with their network meaning we had to go back to the store and guess which one we needed because management didn't know the correct one. That's fine that
