WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM EVER!!! We redid the kitchen as the backsplash was cracking and falling apart and they offered to sell to us (as we found out later they do to EVERY tenant then back out when you offer!!). They complained we spent our own money to add value to the house. We came in and had to clean the carpets OURSELVES 3 times on top of calling them and having them come out and clean them 2 other times before we dared walk barefoot. The fence was falling apart and breaking, they refused to fix it. “We will call someone and have it fixed”. Never happened. Same with the fireplace in

We moved to Pensacola, FL from TX. We rented the hourse from Beumer and absolutely love their service. When we bought a house and moved out, the move out process and inspection was easy and reasonable. We love the way they take care of the business and that is why we trust our property with Beumer when we had the move out the state. Because we know that they not only take care of the owners and their properties, they also take care the renters.

This is pretty long overdue. Elevator version: We started working with Beumer while out of state and were initially very concerned solely because of reviews that we had read after applying for a lease. We decided that our best option was to move forward with them and be careful to look out for our interests. Beumer ended up being a GREAT realty company to rent from. There was a small handful of irritating situations that came up. I feel like they were handled as reasonably as possible. It was a delightful first rental experience, and I would rent with them again.
