Appointments are available Monday through Saturday. Physical distancing, strict sanitizing, and wearing of masks by all are required. Air filters with HEPA filters are inside to be used during cold weather as an extra layer of viral protection. OUTSIDE, social-distanced classes will resume in Spring, 2021 date tba based on the weather.

Services
Tiny House Fitness offers one-on-one, semi-private (shared training) and small-group fitness classes in a private setting. Typical areas of emphasis include: increasing strength and stamina, improving balance and flexibility, implementing programs to enhance weight loss, and providing exercises to reinforce proper posture.
Abby Schonier-Marcuse is a seasoned professional you can trust with your fitness needs--no matter where you are on your journey. With two decades of experience, she is ready to put her passion for continuing education and private and group sessions to work for you! What can you expect when you work out with Abby?
This week new classes have been added to the schedule including the following: Beginner's Gentle Yoga on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons @ 4:15pm, 2 additional Fitness Fusion classes on Wednesdays & Fridays @ 12:15 pm, and another "Mini" spin class on Saturdays @ 8:30 am.

One group class is currently offered OUTSIDE as a result of pandemic. This Saturday morning class requires a reservation and social distancing will be observed. Get your heart pumping in our fitness fusion classes! Why just do an hour of spinning, rowing, or a class of just TRX when you can integrate all 3 into a strength-endurance workout.
There once was a trainer named Abby who refused to allow her clients to become flabby. She stood with her whip at the door smiling as she said "this is what you pay me for, let's get to work and stop being gabby, blabby, and crabby." I have been working out for most of my adult life with activities including running (several marathons), swimming, step aerobics, body sculpting, spinning, TRX, to name a few.
