I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with the New Mexico Counseling and Regulation Board. I have experience and training in assisting clients with various difficulties including stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, identity issues, and more.
I draw from many different counseling theories and techniques because I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual client. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am proud to say I am a native New Mexican and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over ten years in New Mexico as a mental health therapist.

Please contact your insurance provider to verify your psychotherapy benefits. Inquire about your co-pay and if you have a deductible to meet. It may also be possible to utilize out-of-network benefits if your insurance is not listed above. The full private pay fee per session is $85.00 and payment is due at the time of service.
Children's Grief Center of New Mexico:Provides information and grief groups for children and families affected by loss. Understood.org provides information on mental health issues, medical diagnoses, and tips for students and parents. An organization to provide support for parents, friends, and allies to those within the LGBTQ community.
