These people killed a little Yorkie in their care for a simple groomers visit. Clip and nail trim and they stuck this little dog in a kennel with a dryer blowing on her and forgot about her and when they checked on her, she was dead! She baked to death. She died of heat stroke. Little Remi was a beautiful and loved Yorkshire Terrier. She trusted her owner to keep her safe. Her owner trusted these people to keep her safe. And she died an agonizing death. Called for appt to get my poodle groomed. I had to wait two weeks to get in. We talked about all the requirements and shots my dog needed ahead of time. I was told we needed one other shot before he could come in. So we go to his vet we always go to and get what we needed and I thought ok we are all set!

Once known as Pet Health Clinic. It was a small clinic off of Hwy 64 ( across from the Exercise Ctr) 30 years ago. Dr. Uptov was our vet . Sheridan was our Golden in every way. He took care of her for almost 13 years. And Dr.Uptov was there when she crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
For a hot minute, I then tried Petsmart and Banfield. Never again. I returned to PHC at their new location 5 minutes from home. I had 3 rescues. Coco, Dooney and Leo, another Golden. Since then, Dr. Uptov has crossed his Rainbow. My Leo has sadly followed him and now my Mellow Mutt, Dooney . Now known as Brown Dog Lodge

I called around to quotes on teeth cleaning for my pup. This place seemed to be the most reasonable and they offer military discount! I brought my dog in and the staff was nice and seemed to genuinely love animals. I dropped off my dog (they put your dog under for a deep plaque removing cleaning) and they said they would call when she wakes up. They called when she was ready and I went to pick her up. They gave me an instruction sheet on how to care for my dog the next few days and some meds to take with me. I then signed up my dog for their Christmas bath special. I dropped her off for the bath

Took my new puppy here, and did a puppy start up. He was scheduled to get dewormed, and his first of puppy shots. I also wanted them to check and see if he had a UTI, because he was peeing about 10 to 15 times an hour! I thought that was a lot. So I get there about 10 minutes before my appointment. There was one person in front of me and I had to wait about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Kind of annoying. Then we get into the exam room and the nurse took The dog and weighed him and then brought him back. We then waited on the vet for about another 10 to 15 minutes. She finally

Love this place! Left my dogs for boarding many times over the last 2 years and always got them back happy and healthy. Staff very sweet and facilities very clean. Dr. Utkov is very patient and doesn't recommend unnecessary tests that can run up your bill. VERY happy with their service. Sad we moved to AL because now I have to find a new vet!

Best animal hospital in the Memphis area! staff are friendly, courteous, and organized. the clinic is always clean. the vet is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you rather than rushing through the appointment. the boarding facility here is the best I've ever seen and extremely affordable! can't say enough good things about this place. highly recommend.
