Since 2013, SmileBuilders Children's Dentistry has been working hard to make every experience at the dentist a fun one! We have a sky-themed office, game room, free wireless internet, and movies throughout our office to make children feel at home. Worse experience took both of my kids one has severe autism so needs one parent to be there with him. Last time wife struggle so much with both kids so the tech recommended to have both parents in ( note that this happened when we were in tier 3 lock down) today they wouldn't let us be with the kids even when we asked to be in separate rooms. Each kid had an appointment so I don't get why they couldn't have gotten their own room/ seat so one parent could be with one kid. Wont be going back.

I highly recommend smilebuilders!! They have excellent costumer service! Rosana who works the front desk is very friendly and makes sure your child gets checked in. All the staff who work in the dentist office are super nice as well. My son enjoys coming here and is a little nervous but they always say the right stuff to calm him down. They also provide TVs and movies to keep them busy while on the chair.
I will continue recommend this place to my friends and family.

Rescheduled my sons appointment twice now ! Terrible Customer Service how can one dentist have so many emergencies? I have been going to the same dentist for 20 yrs and have never been canceled on, its unfortunate they dont see kids!
How about you hire a new dentist or find someone to fill in.
Definitely not worth going back just to be canceled on again and again.

Ohh gosh , I don't even know where to start . Please don't bring you're kids to this office , I had the worst experience with my kid and with myself as well . First they over book themselves with patients , you can just tell . Everyone is in a hurry and rushing and annoyed . My kids teeth were not cleaned well I was so disappointed. We did not have the proper care we needed . The place is small where they do cleanings , doesn't seem safe to have one big room with 4 cleaning chairs and no walls to cover each patient .

This dental clinic is by far the best I have been to for my son with ASD. every trip was usually traumatic and very stressful. Elizabeth made him feel comfortable and let him play woth the tos to better… understand them. wS able to get xrays with now resistance. truly a miracle. Dr. Kate was very kind and explained anything and everything i needed to know. I will no longer be taking my son anywhere else.

I've been taking my kids to this dental office for the past 3 years and I don't see passion for kids in the staff faces. They just want to get things done, they do everything mechanically, like they are robots dealing with robots ( instead of kids). Also there's always an issue, every time I take my kids there. It seems that there's a miscommunication between staff members. I took my daughter for an appt a few months ago, we got checked in but they totally forgot about her, they closed the office for lunch without seen her and made us go back in the afternoon

Heard so many great things about Dr. Rashedi. Unfortunately, due to the incompetency of the front end staff... we will never know. Recommendation: treat patients with respect. Get off your high horse and realize you are in the service industry. You would think during a pandemic you would appreciate your job and make your office shine. But, you rather stick to what you feel and demonstrate your arrogance. Best of luck future patients.

1/24/2020: they seriously get better and better. We recently moved forty five minutes away, and I'll still always make the drive. The staff is friendly, dentists knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is comforting for kids.

Back in May (2019) I took my son for a tooth extraction and spacer placement. The extraction turned out to be unexpectedly complicated but Dr. Cox did an amazing job at working in a high stress situation. Due to the difficulty of that day I decided to leave without the spacer placement to spare my son the trauma. I followed Dr.'s orders and promptly returned two weeks later for the spacer. Dr. Cox evaluated my son's mouth and decided the space was still too big for the chosen spacer and instructed me to allow 2 more weeks. The same situation happened two more times. After FOUR attempts

I normally don't post reviews but i have nothing but good things to say!! I've brought my son here since he first needed a dentist and I loved everything about it!! Then i had my daughter now they both come here and i can't see us going anywhere else!!!! everybody here is amazing especially Stephanie and Sandra!!!! I friggin love them and how patient they are with me, my schedule and my Kids hahaha...the movie choices also help:)

Great place to take the kids, staff is amazing and the kids always leave with a big smile. Would recomend this place to friends and family. They also have an Orthodontist office

My kids have been visiting this location for years. Usually the service is OK and the staff isn't always friendly. I didn't want to switch to different dental office, since it would be a lot of work. But this morning my son was there for 3D x ray. The woman helped us were so rude and gave us attitude. I was shocked by how mean she was and didn't really pay attention to what she was doing. On the way home, my son asked me why SHE DIDN'T LET MY SON WARE THE X RAY PROTECTIVE APRON WHEN TAKING THE X RAY?! This is totally unacceptable. Take your kids somewhere else. This office

When I went the the Vista Strawberry Festival, I didn't know that I'd find my daughter's future pediatric dentist. They had a booth and were very approachable. They explained how their office worked and what I needed to get started.
I finally managed to convince my 3 year old daughter to go back to the dentist and get her teeth checked. I am so glad I made the appointment. I was running late and they were so accommodating. When I finally got there , I was like 5 minutes late, they were efficient and everything was run like a well oiled machine. The office was buzzing with activity
