Prior to working in dental I was the CFO for Murphy's Deli Franchising, a large franchise company in Texas. After my wife entered Dental hygiene program at University of Texas, I too became interested and decided to follow her into the field. Do Not Recommend. My three year old daughter needed work and we traveled from three hours away to come to this office. I was told by the staff I would be able to watch dr Ali’s procedure on my daughter by camera the whole time. The day of her procedure I’m told they didn’t offer that. We still stayed and went through with her procedure. Behind closed doors they all failed to tell me they were intubating my three year old daughter. We agreed to gas Anesthesia only. I’ve been taken my son for the past 2 years and everything has been great! Left the Super Dentist and came here & let me tell you ITS A BIG DIFFERENCE . Here, you won’t wait as long for your child to get seen. & second my MAIN REASON, since they don’t overbook their schedule, your child is not waiting so long for doctor to come back after they get numbed , or even wait to get their exam and cleaning. Once they get called back they get treated.
Staff has been good to me too, good customer service.

Wow great spot to bring your kids my daughter was very comfortable. Staff here as well were very professional and kind to my daughter to make her feel that was everything was ok ! Not to mention the DR. Ali was kind to fit my daughter in ASAP as work needed to be done with my daughter suffering from pain .

They were all friendly and excellent with both my daughter's. They both had complicated issues and the dental assistant Lovie made them feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist was patient and caring. We are glad we started coming here. The girls were happy when leaving and that's the most important part.

Excellent and friendly staff! I'm so glad to have found a place similar to our previous kid dentist in Northern California! I was able to get my memories for my kiddos. I'm one happy mama with this place! Kids… Care in Escondido was not a nice experience like this place! it's well worth the drive! thanks Rubi and Nikki for the spectacular service you gave us as well with reception and the appointment desk!

Place is great! I always recommend anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. All staff is great from checking in to the great assistants that are so good with kids to the Doctor.
