Terrible management. Nothing EVER gets fixed and the manager acts like it’s a hassle to do her job. Doesn’t want to reply when things go wrong but is at your door with a notice the moment you’re 2 minutes late on rent. Sat with no A/C for 3 weeks, at one point it got to 92-degrees inside the apartment. Not to mention the plumbing is awful. A neighbor had sitting water on top of their water heater and couldn’t get the manager to do anything about it. Plenty of my friends who have lived here have had the same complaint of never being able to get things fixed.

We planned on renting these apartments as we were moving from florida back to Kentucky, with a young son and baby on the way- we showed up the morning after we arrived to Hopkinsville to sign the lease and thank god I had a feeling to tell the manager we needed to be shown the apartment before signing. The apartment looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. The bathroom could barely fit my husband and I much less the two of us in there giving a baby a bath, I could touch both kitchen walls with my arms extended due to how small it was. Closet doors were missing, light switches and fans didnt

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
My husband and I rented from this company. We received a letter on our door that maintenance was coming to paint the outside of the doors. I worked nights and my husband worked days. So of course the day they come I was home alone. I did my casual routine including showering. As I walked out of the bathroom the maintenance man was standing in my living room with the front door shut.
We left ASAP. No way was I staying somewhere I didn’t feel safe at. They hit us with an eviction on our credit. We were never served any papers or even went to court over this. I asked

Don't move here! This place is not worth the money at all. We moved here in February 2018. The first problem we had was the fridge was messed up when we moved in and didn't get cold so all our food went bad! When someone came and brought in a replacement the next day, we were told they would take some money off of our rent for the inconvenience and for the fact our food got spoiled. When we asked the landlord, she refused. Also the place was super dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned prior to us moving in. There was dog food all over the place, doors off the hinges, and the closet in the

I moved into the apartment 10/01/2017 I liked it at first but once I got new neighbors my plumbing along with my neighbors started to back up in the tub. They bandaid the problem and not even a week later it happens again. Fast forward to 4/2018 I put in my 60 day early term notice and continue to pay rent for the duration. When I moved out I asked about my deposit and at this time a few other people were moving out as well. I was told my deposit would take 30 days and it would be sent in the mail. Well now I don’t get my deposit back and now I owe them over 900 dollars. The manager Cindy is

I would not even recommend my worst enemy to live here. The only thing good about this place was that they allowed big dogs! When we got the keys, I had to literally scrub and clean the apartment before we put any of our stuff in there. It smelled like animal urine and the carpets were disgusting!
The management there was awful, it changed so frequently and they always had an attitude. They had office hours but was practically never there, which is extremely frustrating when you go to pay rent and they are closed.
I think the worst was on Thanksgiving and my husband and I were notified by our

My husband and I lived in these apartments for just over two years 2013-2015. We moved very quickly from a very nice and inexpensive apartment in Oak Grove to The Park on Country Club because they had very few requirements and were pet friendly. In the 2 years we lived in this disgusting apartment they went through 4 property managers. Everytime they replaced the manager they replaced the office worker and the maintenance guy. Each time we renewed our lease it took us weeks after our lease was up and constant "bugging" the office staff in order to get them to print up our lease so that we could

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. I currently rent from University Heights, which is under the same management as Park on Country Club, and I haven't had a positive experience yet. Do not rent from these people. They ignore work orders and never fix anything. I was told last year that I would get a new refrigerator in a few weeks. I still don't have one. My fridge door has no shelves and we are using large amounts of duct tape to create shelves. My faucet and shower leak constantly. My shower fills up a gallon in just a few hours.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I've lived here for two years and I'm moving later this month.
I'll start with the positives. It's pet friendly and that's why we chose it in the first place. It's also a pretty good deal for the money. The location is excellent, it's in a good neighborhood and it's close to everything. If I just had to rate the building itself, for the money, my rating would be good. However, the customer service aspect is very poor.
Maintenance
There is only one guy who does all the maintenance work for entire complex(about 40 apartments). He's good about responding
