Bottom line is that the leasing consultant, Patricia Elliott seems to conduct an applicant screening process that is borderline fraudulent in terms of your application fee. YOU ARE GAMBLING MONEY FROM YOUR PROCESSING FEE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ETHICAL SCREENING PROCESS FOR PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS.

So far the staff has been wonderful. They have addressed issues that I didn't even ask for. They are very timely with maintenance. The area is clean and quiet! All the neighbors that I have come across so far have been extremely nice.

Overall a great place to live with friendly, attentive staff! They are very helpful and understanding when it comes to the military life and we’ll definitely live there again if ever stationed back at Ft Campbell.

My stay here was iffy . hidden fees were shown ONCE i started my application process. google states that the apartments come furnished, they do not. you would have to go forward with a used furniture company that they’re partnered with, which is an extra fee aside from your rent. also, if you’re looking to move here with a couple of pals, find somewhere else. the lease states that ALL parties are LEGALLY responsible for rent. not the case for me, two of my parties left [ BUT STILL ON THE LEASE ] and now they’re pinning a lease PLUS late fees on me, because the office isn’t trying to reach

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Upon move in our apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. The cleaning that we received was no better. The gym is a disappointment. The pool isn’t even open. Loud neighbors are above us day and night.. The staff in the office won’t do anything about it. Also the ambulance and police are here about every other week. Save your time and money.

The property is always clean and neighbors are friendly. The office team are always polite and help me when I have any issues. The few times I have called for maintenance my issue was taken care of quickly. Its gated and sometimes people try to use the wrong gate to get in. This is my only complaint but that's not managements fault. Overall we like it and hope to be able to use the pool this summer.

This apartment used to be one of my favorite parts about living in Clarksville. The gated community provides comfort in knowing that you are in a safe place, and the pool was very nice and cool during the summer months. However, over the past year or so, a couple of issues have come up that have impacted my excitement to come home at night. I understand that residents build up quite a bit of trash, especially as it seems that most of the apartments are rented, however, if a trash receptacle is consistently overflowing, perhaps it is time to find a different way for residents to properly dispose

Take pictures on your way in and out. They ask for professional cleaning at the end and are choosy on who they make do it. The apartment was dirty when I came in. You don’t even think to say anything it’s the middle of a pandemic and you’re trying to find somewhere to live. Plus who asks for professional cleaning at the end? You have no intention on cleaning on your own? It smelled like dog and the toilets were stained. The stains wouldn’t come off with regular scrubbing and at the end they charged me for it even though it was like that at the beginning. They also charged me month to month

The individuals who work at the apartment complex everyday are great. Caylee and maintenance are great people who were always kind and worked hard. We enjoyed living here for the most part, however we picked this apartment specifically for the amenities. The gym was ok for one person but the equipment was way outdated and it closed shortly when COVID began. The pool never opened all summer which was frustrating when many other apartment complexes in town opened their pool even if it was not for maximum capacity. My husband and I lived here for 7 months and it was nothing short of amazing. The office and maintenance staff were so generous and accommodating. My husband is in the military and they made our move-out process as smooth as possible. The location is great and the layout of the apartments is so nice. The pool and gym are a great bonus, too! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a family-friendly, safe environment.
