I've lived here for 3 years and the staff was friendly, maintenance came and did their job when asked and available. The only issue I have ever had with this place were some of the neighboring tenants. They seemed to have attracted some questionable people which made paying $700-ish a little unwarranted at times.

Apparently you can’t leave a true review without being evicted so I’m doing this from a friend email. RUNNNNN, it’s way better in this small town. The ONLY upside is the school district (elementary) & being close to literally everything. Im more than ready for my lease to be up. This place is a JOKE and don’t even deserve 1 star.

We recently moved out after living there for a few years. Staff was always great and pleasant. Only downfall we had was some residents weren’t respectful of their neighbors but that is to be expected with living in an apartment complex. Would recommend and if we ever move back to the area we will be back!

We've been living here for years and hardly had any problems. Maintenance has been great and fast, the rent is reasonable, we love living in a pet-friendly place. The only thing we don't like is having so many dog owners in the community that don't pick up after their dogs and don't walk them in the area specifically for that. We appreciate the hard work Brittiany and her team is doing, from community events to regular maintenance, making this a great place to call home.

Excellent, involved management and great maintenance staff. Each time I've requested a maintenance order, it has been addressed promptly, efficiently, and courteously and followed up with a re-check in a few days from the office staff. The apartments have much more space than my last place and for a building with three floors, I barely hear upstairs noise.
Brittany and Regina do a great job in the office and stay on top of issues/concerns of the residents as well as providing plenty of notice so pets can be taken care of when maintenance inspections pop up. The cleaning crew Marci and Ashley,

Great Area! Such a conveniently located place. I was surprised on how big the courtyard is for the children to play! Its a clean pet friendly environment also. There has never been an issue since we lived at Morris Estates. Regina, in the office keeps us informed and updated with any news or activities that may take place. A great place to call home!
