Fillings used to be made from amalgam, a product consisting of a mix of several different metals. I've recently had two teeth that have had some issues. I believe the original fillings have fallen out or the tooth itself is broken. It's extremely irritating and seems like it's getting worse. I called Arbor dental because the website advertises emergency services and says call any time 24/7 and they can get you in. Seriously take a looks at the website and you'll see how they emphasize how accommodating they are. I called today and they said they are fully booked and could get me in, in about two weeks for an examination but they won't be able to do anything. They said

Best dental visit in years! The hygienist took her time, very thorough and attentive. The dentist and supporting staff were all friendly, courteous and informative. We enjoyed and appreciated the use of technology, great experience! We look forward to being long time clients.

Great customer experience! Staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. Dental hygienist was friendly, thorough, and explained everything very well. Dentist and receptionist were also very helpful and explained my treatment plan and out of pocket costs in sufficient detail. Overall a very great experience, would definitely recommend!

I have been here a few times and had no problems until today. They called me about a cleaning appointment and I told them that I wanted to make an appointment for the second half of gum therapy and cavities. They called me the Thursday before my appointment to remind me of my appointment and I said yes, my appointment for my gum therapy and cavities and they said YES. I took a whole day off of work for this appointment because it requires numbing.

I needed to get a cleaning done and I kept avoiding it because I didn't like my currant dentist, he was so rough during treatment. Then Bernice did my cleaning and did am amazing job. i felt no pain what so ever and she helped me get ride of the gum swelling. I am looking forward to coming in again and bring my mom as well to get a cleaning. Best hygienist! (:

Called for an appointment for ortho consult, first of all only that lady is only there Wednesday. Fine schedule out 3 weeks, come a day before the appointment they call to confirm during normal working hours and some people can't answer, so send a text confirmation since all our other docs do that! They just cancel the appointment.. as if I want to come in at 11:30am ummm people work and it's in 2hrs! No! I've never had someone just cancel an appointment because you call during normal business hours. They could have called any other the other 4 numbers also to confirm instead just

As a new patient, they make you take an unusually long survey on their glitchy computers. When it was time to give brushing advice the dentist spoke to my 10 and 13 year olds like they were 5... demeaning! They claimed to have found a cavity during my daughters checkup and recommended we fill it. When I came in a couple of weeks later to schedule the rude front desk lady said they had no records of her cavity. I asked to speak to the dentist but she did not come out. Finally the hygienist came out and said that she didn't really need a filling. Cmon people- get your diagnosis correct and stories

I have to say this is the best dental office I have been to. Everyone works together and makes sure all your questions are answered. Alternative plans if you can't pay upfront. They have their own dental plan which really cuts many of the cost upfront; cleaning,ex rays and different ways to take care of your needs! Love them

Dr. Vu was very professional and thorough. I couldn't believe how white my teeth were after the cleaning! I love the two TVs in the room when your work is being done, and they have a very modern X-ray machine as well as a scanner to detect oral cancer. Very impressive! The staff was all very friendly and the waiting room even has a play kitchen for when I need to bring my kids! I will be back for sure.
