Services
Do you charge a fee? Yes, we do. It all depends on the rental policy of the owner or manager. Is the rent and the fee negotiable? That is at the complete discretion of the landlord. However, our associates are well trained to negotiate individual deals and arrive at an amicable solution between the landlord and the tenant.
Windsor Realty has a vast database with apartments ranging from studios, one, two, three, four, five or six bedrooms to open lofts. Styles range from 19th century Victorian homes with updated kitchens and bathrooms to totally renovated townhouses and new construction. Rental prices range from budget to upscale.
Our services are geared to save time and energy for all parties involved in the apartment rental transaction. Our expertise is marketing. We provide owners with the most current rental information so that each apartment can be positioned in the best light. We have constant contact in the marketplace and are able to assist landlords so that each property has a competitive advantage.

For a variety of reasons, a landlord may at times require someone to guarantee the lease, most likely by a parent of an incoming student.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst realtor experience I've ever had. Jivan has quite the temper and the moral compass of a sleaze bag. After trying to charge myself, my roommate and the landlord each one months rent as a broker fee, he continued to try and have us send him payment before the landlord reviewed our application. Then once we sent over the lease, co-signer paperwork, banking information, licenses, etc we asked when we could do a final walk through of the apartment (to review that the exposed wired and broken glass was fixed like we discussed), since the move

Windsor Realty is one of the most dishonest realty companies I have ever worked with. My boyfriend and I are currently searching for an apartment in the Medford/Malden area. A nice looking one bedroom w/ a study, eat in kitchen and a dishwasher popped up on Craigslist so we reached out to the Windsor Realty employee on the add. His name is Brian and he was totally useless. The day we viewed the apartment it was unbearably cold and windy and we had to wait outside for over ten minutes. He didn't even have the common courtesy to show up on time.

We had nothing but positive experiences with Jivan. He helped us negotiate the rent on a beautiful apartment that all our friends are jealous of, and went out of his way to show us the apartment a second time so we could be absolutely sure of our decision. He was also very thorough in walking us through the paperwork and making copies of everything for our records. We would, and already have, recommend him to anyone looking at apartments in the area!

That's not to mention incompetant- I can forgive honest incompetence and the unprofessional level of disorganization that I saw with Windsor Realty. I can't forgive the way I was treated unless forgiveness is asked for.
In business, when I sit at a table and disagree with a person I do not stand and raise my voice at that person. I have class. Jivian and Windsor Realty do not. Put your wallet in the front pocket before dealing with Windsor Realty.

We recently did some business with Windsor Realty and came very close to finalizing a lease with them for an apartment in Somerville. There were negotiations we wanted to make with the landlord on very basic things - reimbursement for a necessary paint job, fixing of a bathroom - and the real estate agent Jivan clearly had some sort of relationship with the landlord and did not push for us at all.
Jivan was not hesitant to explain that he wants people to move out of the apartments he rents after a year so he can rent them again and so he hopes they dont like them. Thats about when we decided to

I'm a current tenant of an apartment which is on rental market.
I had a viewing appointment with one of their agents today, but he didn't show up until quarter past the scheduled time.
I called him, then he said the appointment was cancelled. He claimed he called me sometime earlier, probably yesterday afternoon, but I definitely didn't receive any phone call.
I understand sometimes there are mix-ups, and usually I'm okay as long as they sincerely apologize for my inconvenience. When I felt real sincerity, I even become cooperative more than what I would usually do.
