I don’t regularly write reviews, but I had such a good experience with Bill Luther of Chandler Real Estate (and I’ve heard real estate horror stories!) that I feel compelled to post about my experience. I recently worked with Catherine to sell a condominium in Cambridge, Ma. The entire experience was superb from start to finish - from advising/assisting and helping to manage the renovations to listing, showing and securing a signed offer in under 30 days! It was far from an easy negotiation and the final leg of securing all the necessary documentation was bumpy (no fault of theirs). They even spent 3 hours driving to locations to pick up paperwork due to Covid "work from home" restrictions. They got it all done and we had no delays to our agreed closing. Doesn't get better than that! Could not

After Catherine Luther rescheduled twice and postponed once on the time slots she proposed to show a listing, she didn't show up at all! Even I texted her half an hour before the appointment. When I called her, she pretended that she made a mistake but clearly she just forgot or cannot show up for unknown reason.
No wonder the listing price has dropped $55k but still on market after a month. I hope the seller in Belmont could see this post and change to another agency.

It is unfortunate that I have to post a negative review, but I want to warn people about this agency. We contact Channing Real Estate to schedule a time to look at one of their property listings. The listing agent was not available, so they passed me onto Carl Kelly. From the start, the guy is extremely pushy and keeps asking to represent me even though I told him I have an agent. His agency is already representing the seller, but greed knows no bounds. Carl tells me he has scheduled a showing time, but he is a no show when we go to see the property. I left him a voicemail and the guy never returns
