After doing business with another local plumber for many years, with increasing dissatisfaction, my husband used Dad's for a job at our family owned business. They did a great job. When we needed work done at our home we got estimates from both companies. Dad's did the work quickly, professionally, and economically. This review is based on how Keno, my plumber, did today. Keno is super polite and nice. He explains everything super well. I feel like the pricing of the repairs were fair. Keno did an excellent job. He was speedy and did not leave a mess at all. I am thankful that Keno was my guy. Dad's plumbing is awesome and you should definitely request Keno to be your technician.

They came out and gave me a quote for an addition stating they needed one weeks advance notice. I was told they would have the estimate done in two days, it took them a week.
I called to give them a two weeks notice then they told me they wouldn't be available for TWO months.
Now I'm stuck looking for another plumber. If they were honest in the first place to say they were too busy I would have looked for a different plumber.

I just talked to Jacob for 19min on a Sunday! He took time out of his day off to help me assess my plumbing situation and whether or not our home insurance should get involved, I feel so much at ease and thankful that this company is so honest! Really feel swindled by this company. I made an appointment to have a quick release fitting added to an existing gas line. They showed up without the part and had to leave to go get it (they charged me for this), and ended up putting a fitting on the end that was not what I needed, didn't fit and wasn't even quick-release. For this they charged me over $300. They would not return a call afterwards for me to try to resolve the issue. I had to spend another $40 to go get the part I actually needed at Home Depot and do it myself.
