Plumb Crazy Plumbing offers a standard 30 day warranty on repairs, drain cleaning and 1 year warranty on replacement plumbing jobs. If it's day 31 call us we are not sticklers as a matter of fact it's our vision that every repair should last years and replacements should last a lifetime. We believe one reason for having success is that we only use the best parts available.
Since we do this we are able to extend warranties on many things where the manufacture has extended part warranty. We offer extended labor warranties on certain types of repairs. The extended warranties should always be at top of your invoice/ estimate. They are transferable and designed to protect our customers however the warranty must be implied on the invoice.

L had a broken outdoor faucet and water running out from under the house. I called several people 12/26/2021 for service and Plumbcrazy was the only plumber available for same day, all others were for the next week. The price was $336.00 which is kinda high, but I got extremely great service and professionalism from Plumbcrazy. Good people to work with.

Had them replace my dishwasher, and a number of pipes under my sink after my kitchen flooded this week. I researched a lot of Yelp and Nextdoor reviews, and Plumb Crazy had may good reviews. On the few that were bad, the owner directly replied to try and remedy any issues. That stood out to me. I made a request online Wednesday night, it was easy; my technician Kevin showed up Friday a.m. He was knowledgeable, professional, and left no unmet needs or messes. As long as this repair holds up, they will be the first I call the next time I have any plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber and these guys had good reviews so I gave them a call. I called them at 8:00 AM and they were at my house by 10:00. They fixed the problem super fast and charged an incredibly reasonable fee ($129 to fix a clog). I was actually really surprised has reasonable the price was. I will 100% use them again if I ever need a plumber (hopefully not).

I called late on a Tuesday and was offered an emergency same day visit or an appointment for the next day. I chose the next day since it was just a bathtub not draining. The tech that came out was SO nice and very respectful to my elderly mother who's house it was. He used a camera to check the problem and cleared "build up" for $104. I feel like that's super reasonable.

Let me set the scene: we were supposed to fly to LA early Saturday morning, so we took the kids to my sister-in-law's and got them all settled. We came home, walked in, and heard what sounded like a river running under our house. Turns out, we had a slab leak. Very professional and priced competitively. I was impressed with the ability to be seen quickly and the text to let me know when and who would be coming. The best!
Had a valve under the bathroom sink burst and flooded 2 rooms in my house, a total disaster. Turned off the water outside and called Plumb Crazy Plumbers to see if they could come out and fix or cap off the valve. They arrived at my house within 20 minutes and had the valve replaced in less than 20 minutes. Very nice, respectful and affordable plumbers. I recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbing for anyone needing a plumber.

Had a blocked pipe. Guy came out and fixed it, no problem.
Next day: still had some leaking with our washing machine. Called again and they came out and fixed it pretty quickly ($500 seemed steep for the work they did, but we were in a bind.) All seemed fine.

When purchasing a new home, my inspector recommended I have a plumber inspect for possible leaks. The water meter was indicating usage while everything should have been inactive.
My whole interaction with Plumb Crazy was great. From first contact to schedule an appointment to the inspection at the home, they were pleasant, prompt and even provided the inspection free of charge.

After battling with my home builder for months, I gave up on fixing our non-draining bathtub through our home warranty. It was so nice after dealing with so much nonsense to have a straightforward fix with fantastic customer service. FYI they drive out to Yukon.
My job is pretty intense, so it is hard to take off work. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very accommodating. I was worried that it was going to cost thousands to fix, but he was able to fix it with a snake for only $129. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. No complaints.
