Irwin’s Septic 5 star reviews are well deserved! We use them for residential and came highly recommended. This evening we had an emergency situation where our lines were clogged at our wedding venue. We called them 3 hours before the ceremony and I felt at ease as soon as I spoke with him. They handled this situation very professionally and extremely fast! 39 minutes before the wedding! They saved the day!

I have two rental homes. Scheduled these guys to come out and pump my septic on both. They could not locate either tank. One was actually difficult to locate, I understand that one. The other was right in the backyard, but they could not find it. $200 trip charge. When it was found by another contractor, I was hoping to use Irwin's and get a break since I had to pay the $200 truck charge. I could not get Shane to call me back to schedule the pumping or visit with me about the tanks. I decided to cut my losses and go with Jim's Septic out of Shawnee. He came out, found both tanks on his own and

Great service, even though we found out we don't have a septic tank 🤦🤦..very professional, friendly, and helpful. Even gave us referrals for other services we might have a need for later i.e. plumbing, electrical, etc. They also are supportive of veterans. Thank you for a good start to our day, even if the service you provide was not necessary. Corey and the gentleman with him ( whom I apologize for not getting his name) are a definite asset to your business!

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks out and they forgot about me on the day of (supposed to be 7am & I waited until 9am to call). When I called they didn't know what happened and said they'd send someone out that day. They got there early afternoon (around 2pm) and the guys were very friendly. They had to find our tank before they could get started which took about 30 minutes (it was in a weird spot and the previous owner NEVER touched it). They started their job & then about 45 minutes later got a call from their office asking what was taking so long & informing them to wrap it up, which is fine
