Every time I visit, from the office manager to the technicians, they are always excellent. They go out of their way to help you. I went to Viking Automotive because its closer to where i work. Here I took my car for an inspection first. The Viking Auto Technician conducted his inspection and gave me an acceptable repair cost, a lot cheaper then any other Automotive shop that i go to.

Viking Automotive always treats me fairly and are honest with their assessments. Very trustworthy. I have been taking my Honda CRV to them for the past two years and have received nothing short of superior and professional service at each visit. I would never even consider using another shop and can recommend them without reservation. If you live in the DMV, come to Viking Automotive. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been taking our Volvos to Viking since 1997. I take 4 Volvos and a Toyota to them now. Absolutely the best service and mechanics in Northern Virginia. My cars tend to be high mileage and older and without Viking my 15+ year old Volvos would never be getting me and my family around safely. I have used other auto shops in the area and there’s no comparison. You want a great experience and honesty then it’s Viking Automotive. Period!

I started taking my BMW to Viking about 10-12 years ago & believe they are responsible for keeping it running as well as it does. A couple of years ago I started taking my other German make & it has been running like a charm. Bottom line JB & team are absolute rock stars...not only do they fix things...they care!

Viking remains top tier. I moved away from the area for a number of years, and I'm so glad to have my '97 328i back in the hands of the pros. They were honest about the repairs that needed to be done, and I was hesitant to spend what was required to fix her up (thousands less than another quote), but I am so glad I did. She is running like new again! They diagnosed and repaired on the highest level. I won't go anywhere else.
