He then went on to receive his law degree from Whittier Law School. Mr. Caldwell is a member of the California State Bar and a member of the Nevada State Bar.
Brett Shegda, an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Brent W. Caldwell, has dedicated his legal career to advocating for those who have been hurt, harmed, or injured due to the negligent or intentional actions of another. Andrea Marquez is a bilingual associate at the Law Offices of Brent W. Caldwell. My daughter was in a car accident nearly 4 years ago and suffered a damaged shoulder requiring surgery 2 years after the accident.

Despite the delays manufactured by the insurance company, Team Caldwell stayed with it throughout the long drawn out process. They did excellent work and gave us timely and inciteful advice.
