Services
Traffic school can be done once every 18 months measured from the violation date to violation. Traffic school and traffic school information can be found at the California Traffic Safety Institute's website. Most courts use the citation/ticket number as the case number. You can find your citation number on the Top Right of the ticket, or running down the Lower Right side of the citation (close to where you signed).

I have used Mr. Baylis several times (yup, several) to clear up tickets. One was a horrible photo of SOMEONE driving my car thru a mostly yellow but arguably RED light. They always says there are no guarantees, and they do go over each situation and let you know what they think are the chances of a favorable outcome. All that understood, I have 100% good results. From the start Allen was very helpful and full of knowledge in regard to my citation. I didn't have to do a thing, he handled it all. I had a red light violation and he was able to get it dismissed in the city of Garden Grove. I definitely recommend this office and will be sending my friends/family over to him as well. I got a ticket and was unsure if it was fightable, but allen went through the process with me through the phone and answered whatever questions i had. My ticket was about 80$ cheaper than his service fee but i honestly did not have to worry about anything whether it were to be when the ticket arrived in my mailbox or any paperwork to appeal the ticket. He updated me as the case went on and when my case was dismissed, he sent a letter to me letting me know!

I've never had to consult with a lawyer about anything before but I was desperate to find someone to help me figure out my traffic violation after doing extensive research on my own. I needed a lawyer's advice and I was willing to pay for it. Based on the great reviews on yelp, I decided to send a message to Allen through his website along with an explanation of my traffic ticket and what happened. I have been using Allen for a long time now. Whether its bad driving or just bad luck for getting a ticket, Alan has been able to get me out of a ticket every time so far. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Attorney Baylis answers all your questions. Gives you the info you can't get from the court system, dmv, police, insurance companies regarding your situation. If he doesn't know the answer, he will get it for you.

All 4 made me seem like they were just reading off a script and tried to use scare tactics to get me to sign with them ( jail time, suspension, and of coarse high insurance rates)

I called and spoke with them regarding a ticket I received I was asked to come in and he would be able to go to court the very next day with my taken and there was a very good chance that he could have it dismissed. I went by and spoke with him around 5 p.m. we spoke for a little bit he explain to me what the situation was going to be and then he will take the ticket to court and do his best to get the ticket dismissed. The next morning around 10:30 a.m. I receive the call stating that my ticket had been dismissed by the court and that he would email me the details later that day. All in all in

I was referred to Attorney Baylis by another attorney who praised his ability in fighting traffic tickets. I was skeptical as finding a good attorney is like finding a needle in a haystack. After speaking with him I felt confident to move forward. I knew upfront that this was a near impossible fight. The ticket had been paid and the case was closed. He would need to get the case reopened and THEN argue the case. This particular court as I understood it was not very receptive to reopening a case.

Some people buy radar or laser detectors which is a good preventive measure if you live in the middle of nowhere. However, for those of us in large cities (urban and suburban areas) where they rarely work and the police and highway patrol officers catch you by pacing you or estimating your speed, you usually get caught.
