My son was arrested and charged with a serious offense. I called Mr Bertz's office and he was very willing to help. I told my son in the meantime to plead not guilty. By the time I was ready to make the arrangement with Mr. Bertz, he had already cut a deal with the ADA and pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. When he served his 60 days and tried to get a job, the offense was part of his permanent record. After trying to no avail. I called the Bertz law office and asked them to step in to help. They were turned down twice by the court but then I got a call that they were able to get the misdemeanors

If you want someone to take your money and do nothing but get you a plea deal that you would of gotten anyway call these guys. If you want to win your case these are not the people you want on your side. They are the most incompetent people in the world, from the receptionist to the paralegal all the way to the attorneys.

I had a whole team of lawyers! Mr. Bertz, Mrs. Nilchian, Chuck and Elizabeth, handily got me the best resolution I could have hoped for. Ultimately, and most importantly, that meant no jail time for my 2nd DUI! But it's even better than that. Retain their services to find out why. It would have been worth it at double the fee.

I had a great experience despite the situation I was in and Randall really helped me square everything away. He really knows what he's doing and knows people in the system which really gave me a leg up. I beat the case and I have him to thank for it. I contacted Randal burtz after I received my first DUI in the summer of 2019, I was very disappointed and scared with what was going to happen in my case but I'm very grateful to have found this office. I only got to meet Mr. Bertz once and he was not able to represent me in court. Instead, he had someone else come with me. I was told to plea guilty (as I could have done by myself and without having to pay so much money). They were all friendly and informative in the office. However, I would have appreciated if they were honest if they didn't think I'd have a chance to win in court. The only real benefit was a 2-month stay on my license before it was suspended and that I had to take a 3-month course rather than a 6-month. Even then, I still would have saved a lot more money just taking a 6-month

Best and most fair law office on earth! They helped me big time 20 years ago, and by chance I found them again when I needed them this time. Randall got my case dismissed and just had to take a short class for a pretty serious charge. Give them a chance, they'll fight for you, and from I see they win most of the time! Mr. Bertz helped me with my 2nd DUI in 2013. I am sure most lawyers would've performed an adequate job, and the law would've run its course, much to my detriment. As my court date approached, he became aware of who the presiding judge would be. This judge had the reputation of handing down jail time instead of the usual house arrest sentence. Mr. Bertz was able to change the court's calendar, and I appeared before a judge who sentenced me to home

A few months months ago, someone tried to accuse me of stealing from him then tried to extort thousands of dollars from me..I looked around for a lawyer but didn't like most of them and then I found atty.Bertz. He met with me and my wife right away, very pleasant but somehow I knew that he has this feisty attitude deep inside. He did his due diligence, spoke to the detectives, and the DA whom he knows by the way, and even called my accuser and really stuck it to him. Randall Bertz is a very friendly, and sincere person aside from being a terrific criminal attorney. What drew me to choose him was the fact that he is a retired police officer.
