Offering Programs in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, Hair Styling Apprenticeship, Esthetics, and Nails. Every Rita B Institute Student will receive an iPad to keep and use to take tests, study and track their progress in place of a textbook. In all of the programs, students will have mix of theory hours and practical hours.

I had an appointment with Matt today at 3:30pm for a blowout. I arrived at 3:25pm, was greeted with a bottle of water and was told he’d be with me soon. He had another client he was working with, and he was the only hair stylist (employee) in the salon. At 3:45pm, he still hadn’t started my hair (or acknowledged how much longer it would even take before he could begin our appointment) for my scheduled appointment. When I went up to ask about ETA, he told me he was running behind and is the only person in the salon and would start my hair soon. He then asked if I remember him telling me all

I've been to this salon before but wanted to share my experience a few weeks ago. I wrote the owner on 6/11 but have not received a reply. Here is my email to the salon about my experience.

I tried to book online but she didn't have any availability. The two available stylists were Matt and Darrell. So I called the salon back in May to see which would be the better colorist because I wanted to do something fun and

I have been going to Taylour Buford Johnson for about 5 years now . She has colored my hair and helped keep it healthy through out the process. My hair is now waist length because of the proper hair care I have received from her ! I have Type 4 hair and at times it’s hard to handle on my own so she always makes sure that I receive my deep conditioning treatments as well as trims to help maintain my healthy hair. Hands down the best at Rita b salon. No one else will ever touch my hair unless it’s taylour! Just being honest 🤷🏻♀️

I have been so hesitant to try a new stylist ever since I moved out to Colorado. After several days of searching, (and years of not cutting my hair) I decided to give Rita B Salon a shot, and I'm so happy I did! Darrel took such great care of me. He listened to my requests and my concerns and gave his advice on what would work best for me. My hair was down to my waist and he cut it above my shoulders and he was never lazy, impatient, or rushing the process. He gives a very nice head massage during the shampoo too! :)

I received the most incredible service at this salon. Darrel was my stylist and he is SO much more than that. Not only did I leave feeling beautiful, I also felt so fulfilled after wonderful conversations and laughs. Thank you for bringing some joy in to my day!! I highly recommend this salon for great customer service, great styling, and a great time.

I've been going here for about two years and seeing Taylour. She is very nice and does a great job on my hair. Since going here, it has looked better than it ever has! She colors and cuts it and now I have a great haircut and no grays plus a good purple and blue combo that is still businessy.
For a while I cut my own hair because I didn't like making small talk with hair stylists. One day after five years, I really looked at my hair and realized it looked terrible. I got it professionally cut since then, but still didn't enjoy the small talk. Then I found Rita B. Luckily the hair

I've always had a great experience here. I've seen a couple of different stylists, & they are wonderful. I recently got a cut elsewhere that I was super unhappy with. Scott totally fixed it for me today. He was attentive & really paid attention to what I did & didn't want. I feel like a new woman! Matt also works wonders.

My guy friend has been trusting this salon since he moved. I came to visit and was welcomed by the staff to sit and enjoy a drink while he got an awesome haircut. It came out better than imagined. Besides the mountains in the back drop this place is awesome for it's welcoming atmosphere to all persons with handicaps or differences.

I've been coming here for years. Scott, the owner, not only is an awesome guy, but is a master at what he does.
Men's hair . . . women's hair . . . it doesn't matter. My wife goes to Scott too. She is super picky about who designs her hair and does her color. Scott won her over (not an easy task).

I went in with an angry inverted bob that was having an identity crisis. It was torn between Joe Dirt and a flippy Mary Tyler Moore. I was looking to grow out my inverted bob so that I could have a softer, less angled look for my upcoming wedding.
Shandee worked her magic and I came out feeling like a million bucks. This was on the heels of a not-so-good weekend, so I very much appreciated all of the TLC she dished out unbeknownst of my disposition.
