Terrible customer service. No respect for the customer's time. I had an 11:30 appointment and by 12:30 I hadn't been seen nor had anyone explained what the delay was nor how much longer it would be.

I went in with very clear communication: Keep the length, but cut about two inches for healthy hair and get rid of split ends. I'm getting married in 6 weeks, so I wanted my hair to be healthy and style ready. We agreed on collar bone length. I left with a shoulder length bob and uneven layers. I'm incredibly disappointed and it's unfixable, I've already Googled options for extensions so I can still look how I want for my wedding. I have never had a worse haircut in my life. Avoiding this salon from now on.

Elsewhere Salon is so welcoming and inviting. The plants all around the salon are so cheerful and comforting. All of the staff is friendly and engaging. The products they offer in addition to the services are second to none in quality! I have been to a lot of high end salons in my life, and Elsewhere is hands down the most comfortable atmosphere, such a chill relaxing vibe! If you are looking for quality work and up to the minute style, look for further. This IS the place!

I've been coming here for a few years and clearly have been delinquent in writing a review! I actually stumbled upon what was Headdress now Elsewhere Salon quite frankly because it was close to my then-apartment. I had tried a few other salons in the Denver metro and while generally had decent cuts, they didn't keep me coming back primarily out of convenience. I happened to be assigned Iris on my first visit and was so impressed I now drive completely across town to stick with her.

It is sad to write negative review, however the stylist I used to go did an okay job before, however lately prices when up sky high for the quality she provides and she became snappy and not friendly (I hope everything okay in her life and no reasons for the personality changes). It seems like stylist gets irritated easily, distracted, and in a hurry. She was not able to calculate the right amount of color to use on the hair and had to "mix extra color" up to 3-4 times while applying it, I would expect experienced colorist to know how much color you need for a job and possibly to go

Brittani is an amazing stylist and does an incredible job with color. She got my hair to the exact color I wanted for my wedding and cannot thank her enough! There are a ton of salons in Denver but be sure you check out Elsewhere!

I went and saw Brook for a haircut, l have been growing out my hair and told her what l was looking for. She listened , gave me her advice and gave me a wonderful haircut! I'm happy l found Brook again! I use to see her at Bang!

Had a great experience here today. I went from long hair to a long bob though the shortest I've gone since I was a kid. I really didn't know what I wanted I just knew I wanted to go short and sassy. Iris was wonderful. After brushing my hair and getting an idea of what it could do and how it would look on me, Iris made the suggestion that I try a middle part, first thought was no way but I wanted something different from my boring normal and didn't have anything to lose. She was right! It is probably my favorite style to date! Absolutely love it!

My main gal for the past five years is Julie B, but Alexis, Kim, and Abby have stepped in with great cuts, colors, and styles when Julie was unavailable. Love the funky location in the art district, the convenient evening and weekend hours, the coffee or tea on arrival, and now the ability to book online. Your hair is in good hands at HeadDress!

The workers are get an A+ for customer service. They're always asking if you're thirsty or if you need a magazine or snack. I really liked my hair dresser. I unfortunately can't remember her name. I'm a huge introvert and she still made me laugh and talk. Kind of pricey but really I feel like every penny was worth it.

Sara D. does hair well.....but unless you can manage to sit silently the whole time you're there, expect to be insulted or offended while you are in her chair. I'd try another stylist.

Abby has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last several years. I found her at another salon before she opened Headdress and can highly recommend her to anyone. If you have curly hair--- Abby knows how to cut and style curly hair like no other! The salon has an extremely friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

These ladies have mad skillz. They are always up to speed on current trends, they are always professional and always fun! I've never received so many compliments on my hair until I started seeing Sarah for my color. She's magic! Five stars simply isn't enough.

Can't speak about their cuts, but I can say that they had the product I was looking for, customer service on the phone and in person was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Central location and free parking.

Was new to Denver looking for a hair salon. Stumbled upon this gem and Regina. She is fantastic. Always have been super happy with my color and cut :)

I just wanted my hair to look decent . . . passable. My fine, limp hair is ceaselessly taunted by challenging, irrational, misbehaving cowlicks. During my tender high school years, I moved through the various stages of hair grief - denial (perms), anger (Mom's sewing shears to my bangs), bargaining (extensions), and finally acceptance (sloppy hippy chick). As a young professional in San Francisco, even the two top stylists at Vidal Sassoon struggled to create anything beyond bland.

So who would have thought a salon in Denver would have changed my hair destiny?

HeadDress is a rare gem in Denver. The staff is great, the atmosphere/decor is terrific, and the energy is always positive! The receptionist, Nicole, is friendly, professional, always offers you a yummy beverage, and you never have to wait long. The cost of the cuts and color are very reasonable, especially compared to other salons, and considering the level of service HeadDress provides.
Abby Shea, my stylist/hairdresser, is fabulous! She listens, does a great job with cut and color, and is very creative. She also knows how to handle thick, wavy/curly hair....very hard to find! I am a returning

Kim Sanford is THE best! She's gorgeous, fun and she knows hair and color!!!!! I've been going to Kim for about a year now and she always gives me the most fun, hip and updated look! Her colors are to dye for haha! She knows color and will make you look like a million bucks! Go to HeadDress and ask for Kim! And, as an added bonus, the receptionist is fun and will bring you a lovely drink while you're being pampered! Free if charge, of course! HeadDress is an adorable salon! It's small, but that's what makes it so great - the girls have obviously paid a lot of attention to adding the best details and furnishings to the entire place to make it look warm, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone who works there is super friendly and they obviously get along well with each other, so there's no drama.

Regina is my girl....I can fumble through describing how I want my hair to look, and she always knows exactly what I'm talking about it, and makes me look wonderful.
