This place use to be one of our favorite places to eat in this area because their portions complemented the pricing; however, things have totally changed. Now, you are paying more for less and the quality of the food has decreased. Spend your money elsewhere because they have a no refund policy. Why pay for something that you may not be in agreement to eat once it is done? My suggestion would be provide people with samples before they purchase anything from your menu if they request sampling. New Japan Express, step it up! I am aware that the owners have other locations that provide quality food

Poor customer service. Went in about 10 min before closing and was told I was too late to order but to go orders were stacked on the counter. I understand people wanting to home at the end of the night but if your restaurant closes at 9 you should take orders til 9. Restaurants should not start cleaning until closing time and door is locked!

Went there ordered my food watched One of the guys that work there walk outside to greet his family and talk to the family in their car walk back inside in the meantime think about it all the areas he touched did not wash his hands at all and then went over and started cooking on the grill. I will never eat here again

This restaurant has very poor customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and the lady that works there never acknowledged me. I finally asked the man could she see? She then stated she has other customers, but yet I am the only one standing at the register. If she was busy, she could have told me she will be with me in a moment, but she remained silent. She needs to understand the importance of customer service! I will never walk in their again.

Okay, I'll be as nice as I can be with posting this review. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant, however the stuff they were serving a.k.a. food, was the worst I've ever had in a long time! We waited 30 minutes for them to cook an order of wings, Crab Rangoon, and a Hibachi shrimp and scallops dinner.
1. The Rangoons were cold once we got them and on top of that, they were overcooked.
2. The wings looked as if they were refried x3 in burnt cooking oil or what smelled like small engine oil. I couldn't finish the meal.
3. The Hibachi shrimp and scallops were just as much a disappointment
