I have lived there for a year & in that time, the management has changed 4 times. the newest manager there is very unprofessional, rude & inconsiderate. pool, fitness center, & on-site laundry room were never clean. the view we had from our bedroom/balcony was the ONLY thing great about this place. Maintenance is not good either. they always say they're on call but they never seem to be there when needed. pricing is a little extreme for the unfortunate management and maintenance circumstances.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have lived in multiple states as I travel for work. I rented a 2 bedroom because it came with a washer and dryer. On July 29th of 2020 the dryer broke. The management company said they would fix it within days. Days became months. On their website they posted it was fixed . It was never fixed.. The current management company are flat out liars and lazy as hell. Who ever owns this place needs to step up and do something. We have never been late in 28 months living here and have have had zero complaints. DO NOT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE.

I enjoy living at Stone Ridge Appartments. I have a beautiful view of the mountains out my living room window. Every time I have asked maintenance to fix anything, It's done in a timely manner. It's so peaceful and quiet. I love my neighbors. I will in the future and have in the past, recommend this place I call home.

If I could I would give this place a zero star rating as my in-laws and my wife and I are living here but yet when we tried to get a bigger apartment they denied us due to something on my father in laws record which they allowed him to move in with over a year ago with. This place likes to play dirty with its residents so beware.

Stone Ridge apartments in Bullhead City is a 30+ year old community. Upon our arrival, the carpet was torn, stained, oven door handle literally falling off & holes in the bathroom sink.
I would like to say the maintenance crew were great. They spent about 3 straight days trying to fix or replace items. However, once those items were fixed or replaced, we discovered a leaky A/C and what appeared to be mold. I can only share my experience & pictures. Stone Ridge is a great place to live. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are great and very proactive in responding to requests, and the office staff is very friendly. The pools are top-notch, thanks to Jay taking care of them, and our monthly gatherings at the clubhouse are always a nice treat. My neighbors are very friendly and the community is safe. I am happy to say Stone Ridge will continue to be a place to call home for many years to come.

These are great apartments in a great area. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues.
Emily took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. Making me feel comfortable and confident in my choice choosing Stone Ridge for my home.

I just moved in less than a week ago and enjoy the quiet. Its a very nice place. Only giving 4 star because when i first came to my apartment i found 3 urine stains through the place, the bathroom sink stopper is missing and only a loose back handle is there, tub stopper does not work, almost all door stoppers in walls were hanging loosely screwed, and there is a dip in the kitchen floor. But still a very nice place and i do enjoy it here.

Was there the other day as a previous renter, just visiting friends. A couple was there on a Saturday with keys to move in, Oh low and behold keys didn't work.
Office closed, the maintenance number voice-mail will not alow to leave a message it is FULL.
Fix this number, it was like this when I was there what is wrong with you people didn't they teach you how to listen and delete numbers!!!

After watching a vast improvement in the conditions of the grounds here at Stone Ridge over the last several weeks I find it is time to revisit my original posting. A positive trend which I have every confidence will continue, Stone Ridge now deserves a 5 Star Rating. So, there ya go.

I STILL have nothing good to say about this place! First green pools which took the health department for them to fix. Then dumpsters piled up. Now our building plumbing backed up and has been doing it for 3 days which SHOULD have been fixed the FIRST day due to health reasons. And ONCE AGAIN, it took the HEALTH DEPARTMENT for them to fix it. And problem still not fixed! To Emily the manager, we have nothing to discuss. You need to learn as a manager to get things done right the FIRST time instead of pointing the finger when in reality, it is you and your owners to blame!

Very disappointed with my short stay. I have had clogged sinks and broken garbage disposal for over 2 weeks. Still not fixed and reason given was " we have been busy" I feel I was overcharged for a place that they don't care since I am a short term resident. I have sent 7 emails before I finally am doing this negative review

The staff here are the best: Tamari in the front office, Steve & Nancy of the maintenance crew...and even Joe & Nancy the mail carriers for this property are so nice. I absolutely loved the property when Allmark owned it. Now that MEB has taken over, they've "updated" the look of the place, but have taken away some of the perks that were given by Allmark. Its the small things that I had appreciated. I had stayed here for 2 years total, but only 6 months or so were under the MEB management. I'd say overall I'd like to give a 3.5 rating because I love the staff

I am so happy with my new apartment! Not only is it clean, but the location is fantastic and the move-in process was seamless. The grounds are well-maintained and the management staff is friendly, responsive and efficient, something that seems to be lacking at other apartment complexes I've looked at in the past. I live alone and feel safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend this place to both couples and families!!

Believe me I looked everywhere before renting and wish I had just gone with the first place I loved... because in the end it was the one I loved the most and would have saved two more days of looking. Heck I should have just gone with my gut and just rented online and saved all that time. I moved in last month and love love love it here. The weather is perfect and I can't wait for summer (It may get hot but that's why we are at the river, right)? I would highly recommend Stone Ridge Apartments. When making moving arrangements to come from San Diego I came across this place online. The first time I saw it in person was on the move-in day. I feel really lucky to have found this place!
The staff are all exceptional, if something is broken they will be there within the day to fix it. Clean and quiet complex. I love it here :)

I am writing my first review about an apartment complex. I moved here at Bullhead City, AZ Stone Ridge Apartments last year. Stayed at the apartments for nearly a year. I am a busy physician at a local hospital.
I wanted to commend and praise the administration and the workers at Stone Ridge for the excellent work and prompt assistance that they provide to their residents. Had a wonderful year here at the complex. A very safe place to live at and to raise your family. Loved my apartment. There were no disturbances at all. Would come back home after a long day at the hospital
