GREAT PLACE! I moved from Indiana to Bullhead city in September. So almost a year now. From the easy and convenient application process down to move in. It was the one thing about the entire move I didn’t hav to worry about. I had it handled months in advance and it was True to word sight unseen beautiful. Clean, The staff were and are extremely helpful. If I have questions regarding anything about my transition to the west. They have been very helpful. I just moved into a beautiful apartment at Bella Vita last weekend. The manager was extremely helpful and available at all times for my questions prior to moving in. The staff here worked really hard to get the apartment ready and were able to get ne in two days early! I came to an extremely clean apartment and with the only issue of no hot water in the hall bath being effectively remedied immediately. I think I'll be very happy here!

We relocated from the mid-west. In one of the most aggravating moves possible, trying to get the house sold while packing and getting everything ready for our new jobs, we were stressed. We did our rental agreement online from half way across the country and the staff was the only people who made this move easy. We endured shady movers, constant battles with our realtor and the buyers, finding a place to store everything for the move and working with our new employers from a different time zone, the staff at Bella Vita were by far the best people we dealt with. There was no hassle in the application

Lived here under the old management and the new management. My rent went up twice in one year with the new management, from $750 to $899! Unfortunately, the service went way down from the old management. They are unresponsive to any concerns. It takes forever to get service, and they make you feel like you are working for them, rather the other way around. Do Not rent here.

I lived here for a year! it was not too bad considering we went through 2 management changes while living there but living next to neighbors who do not have any respect makes it hard to be civil with them. the neighborhood has a lot of kids which is not a bad thing, but there's not a lot of peace & quiet. it is central to a lot of places which is a plus. the units are nice and decently priced for 2 bedroom 2 bath which is what we had. it also comes with 2 covered parking spots as well.

As a 5 year tenant at Bella Vita Apartments, I would like to give a shout out to Leisa. She did an awesome job cleaning the breezeway, which desperately needed it. Also, kudos to Sherry, the prior and current property manager. I am certain she had some influence on getting them cleaned. She was the property manager who moved me in five years ago (which were regularly cleaned then) and now she's back, hopefully with more positive changes within our community.
