Thank you for everything Conny and the rest of the staff. This complex is simply amazing and makes you feel like at home. For all first responders and military, they are veteran friendly and will take care of you. Thank you so much for taking care of me while I was there and I will come back again to visit soon. My move in was easy and pleasant thanks to Conny in the main office.
My day of move in my place was in turn key move in condition.
Update…
I have been here a week and I like it even more now. The grounds are well kept, same with the pool which is very nice and clean.
Any issues the front office is right on top of it and I can only say I recommend Kingman Station apt if you need a nice 1 or 2 bedroom place.

This complex is a godsend! The manager is super friendly and professional, and worked with me through every step of the application and lease. The complex is really nice with beautiful lawns, a pool and a grill! On site laundry is cheap and has plenty of machines. The kitchen is my favorite, lots of cabinet space! On a hill with gorgeous views and hiking nearby.
