Cropper Accountancy Corporation is a boutique firm formed in 1986, primarily to provide audit, accounting and tax services to non-profit organizations and local governmental agencies. Unlike many firms, Cropper Accountancy strives to provide detailed partner interactions with each client interaction.
John graduated from Brigham Young University in 1988 with a degree in finance. He has been practicing public accounting since 1990. John specializes in audits of governmental entities, including cities, special districts, and HUDS, as well as broker dealers.
As a former San Francisco "Big 4" Senior Audit Manager, Mary Ann was responsible for management of recurring audit work and a wide variety of consulting projects for not-for-profit and healthcare clients.Special projects included bond offerings, review of internal controls, information systems analysis, and investigation of fraud and financial mismanagement.
