I've been a dentist in Rockville, Maryland, for almost 30 years. I started with 200 patients and one dental chair when I opened my office after dental school. From there, we've grown to see thousands and thousands of patients. Many of my patients have been with me from the beginning. When they had children, I ended up becoming their dentist as well.

I got Invisalign with Starbrite after detailing my concerns. I explained before and a few times during, that my main goal was to correct my mid line that was off. They assured me that it would be corrected. After treatment 3 years later- still no correction!! they then told me that I would need further correction that I would need to pay for to fix this. No thanks! i feel like Dr. Seifi did not listen to me at all and that they just wanted the money and did not care about what I wanted. My experience was awesome. I have worked in several asian countries before and I’ve never had a kind of system like Starbite does. Dr. Seifi explained me everything and she’s amazing.

Went here for an emergency visit, and received the best service ever. Everyone is extremely nice, thorough, and accommodating. All of my appointments have been set up based around my schedule, gone super smoothly and quickly. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else for any type of dentistry. They also have a range of options for payment plans if that’s something you’re worried about. 11/10 best dentist office experience ever!

I have had a great experience since the moment I walked into StarBrite Dental a few months ago. They are all kind and professional. I primarily went to get a cosmetic treatment done by Dr. Vahid. She is caring, straight to the point, awesome, empathetic, and super professional. Her work is amazing! Overall, the staff is helpful, courteous, and very transparent regarding their services and related costs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go too for having professional work done. All the staff are very professional and extremely customer service oriented. My visits have primarily been with Dr Karimi. He is great, concerned for his patients comfort during the procedure, always informing you about what he is doing regarding the dental procedures. As I don't enjoy going to the dentist he put me at ease on every visit. He has great skill as a dentist and I am very happy with the results.

I cannot thank Dr. Seifi and the staff at StarBrite enough!! My daughter fell and hit her mouth and they were able to fit her in for an emergency appointment. The staff was BEYOND friendly and so patient with my toddler. They made us feel so comfortable and my daughter loved it there. My husband and I will definitely continue to go to StarBrite and recommend them to everyone!

This is my second visit to StarBrite Dental, I had an appointment with Dr Karimi and it was pretty successful. In general it was smooth experience I had no issues. Not to mention the Super friendly staff. However, I have 2 more appointments for the next 2 weeks and I’ll update my review by that time. So far so good 👍🏼

I made an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday at their suggestion. I arrived at 2:15 and filled out forms, and at 3:30 I asked when I would be seen. I was told between 15 or 20 minutes. Even though the small waiting room was overflowing with people ( and forcing many to stand) I said I would wait. Finally at 4:05 I went to the front desk and announced I was leaving and not to reschedule me because I was never coming back! OUTRAGEOUS!

Cons: wait times can be very long. For almost all my appointments I have had to wait a very long time. The cost is higher than other dentists & I have started to wonder just how money driven they are. For example, I was told that I needed my teeth straightened using Envisalin for the price of more than $5000. At the same time the tech was telling me this, the cubicle next door was also discussing this. My sister a dentist in another state said I do not need my teeth straighten. I had extensive work done but they charged me in advance

Negatives:
Long wait for scheduled appointment. I waited 40 minutes for my cleaning appointment.
Odd policy of requiring payment up front, then submitting to insurance for reimbursement. This would be tough for some patients, I think.
They tried to sell me a $950 plastic mouthguard. I declined, knowing their profit margin on such a device is extreme.

Everything has been beyond excellent! Came here initially for wisdom teeth extractions, but Dr. Ledoux helped me come up with a plan for my oral health. Unfortunately, I had been avoiding the dentist due to lack of dental insurance. However, starbrite welcomed me with open arms and offers plenty of options to make my treatment affordable. I had even gone to another office recently for a regular checkup and found out there were many issues that went unaddressed. I am glad to say I found my dentist

I got my tooth filled and clean two weeks ago. The charge of tooth fillings and PROPHYLAXIS ADULT are 324 and 154 dollars. The employee told me that my insurance would cover around half price and pushed me pay at once. When I made an appointment and question whether they would take my insurance, the employee just claimed that they would take my insurance. It turned out that my insurance ONLY cover 150 bucks.
Doctors are nice and patient. You definitely need to call your insurance company to check what they really cover NOT rely on what people told you.

I previously mentioned it would be more cost effective to have my dental work done in network. Therefore, I got a referral from my primary dentist and had my wisdom teeth extracted at another location.
Starbrite was great in emailing me my X-rays I had taken during my visit at no charge. I called in the morning and the nice receptionist emailed them within 5 minutes. I was able to provide these images to the oral surgeons office and all they had to do was print. There weren&apos

Dr. Seifi and her whole team are amazing! I've gone to her office on two separate occasions for consultations and treatment on some situations that were causing me severe pain.
I was treated well, with respect, and my issues were resolved so quickly and as painlessly as possible.
If you're afraid of going to the dentist or just feel like you never know what's going on when you go, go see Dr. Seifi and her people will walk you through everything and make sure you're comfortable.

I have been going to StarBrite dental since 2011 and I absolutely love this place!! My previous experiences with other dental offices have never been as pleasant. Dr. Seifi and all her staff have always been so wonderful, courteous and friendly! As soon as you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly face and attended with the best care.

I have been going to Maryam S Seifi for about 4 years . The reason I have been going here for so long is because how professional and warm the staff is . Doctor Seifi staff has given me the best advise for someone with my mouth . Example crowding , underbite , crown , two root canals and teeth in all different places. I recently moved to Ashburn , Va.. And I love this office so much that I drive 45 mins away just to get the quality of care that I get here.
