This was not a good experience for me. Dr. D. was alone in the office trying to do everything herself. Some may like the ultramodern minimalist decor, but it didn't make me feel comfortable. Dr. D. seemed kind of impatient; she finished the cleaning abruptly and I wasn't sure if she was actually done or if she just sort of gave up because we were having communication problems. It was my first visit; I plan to try somewhere else next time.

Dr. DerMinassian is great and so is Stephanie, her receptionist. I’m a new patient to her. Everything I needed to fill out was clearly explained and provided to me with plenty of time. I got two reminders for my appointment via text and phone, which I appreciated. Stephanie checked my paperwork, my forwarded medical records and signed me up for the Smiles plan.I was taken in right on time. And for the first time in decades, the dentist actually cleaned my teeth! I was pleasantly surprised by this. I felt like I mattered to Dr. DerMinassian as a patient and a person. I was perfectly comfortable

By far the best dental experience I've had (and I've had mostly pretty good dentists!). Not only is Dr. Ella very personable and friendly, the dental office is also welcoming and beautiful. As a new patient, it was also comforting that she was knowledgable about my health insurance and what services would be covered and what wouldn't. I highly recommend this dentist.
