New to the area and needed a place to service my 535I. I read the reviews on this place before going and decided to give it a try...the reviews did not disappoint l I'm usually always apprehensive when going to these places bc i feel that I'm being taken advantage of... I don't know much about cars only that they get me from point A to point B and back. When a light turns on, I call BMW, schedule a service appt, then get a quote on what's wrong with car and how much it'll cost it all sounds like a mumbo jumbo tbh. However that wasn't the case here! Never taking my car here again they had my car for 3 months and didn't even finish the job I had to call every week for months just to get my car on a lift just ended up taking the car they touched stuff that wasn't broken and now doesn't work they replaced my waterpump and ac that was working when I dropped off and when I went to pick up my car they told me my a/c and fan and waterpump were not working and he they wanted to charge me more to fix the issue That I didn't have when I dropped the car off i had to fix a/c myself and they didn't even put the car back together right bolts we're loose

I have a 2006 bmw 525i I’ve been bringing here I’ve had my transmission replaced spark plugs changed new coils all thanks to Edward he knows what he’s doing and what to recommend, also the excellent customer service provided by Nick, very professional I really recommend this shop to anyone , especially if you need something done right for a good price!

I was extremely satisfied, not only with the repair, but their excellent communication and coordination. On the way to get my car serviced for a suspension problem, I hit a trailer hitch lying on the freeway which destroyed my front tire and also cracked the rim. They coordinated the rim repair and tire replacement with the Rim store across the street (lucky for me they also repaired rims). Everything was finished in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

Brought my 2006 to their shop on Monday for diagnostic for rear tail gate not working and humming under car which I already knew was transfer case jus wanted confirmation had my car until Friday for a simple diagnostic they had a different reason everyday why they haven't put it on the rack I called informing them I was coming to get my car was when I received call back informing me that the diagnostic was done on the humming and not on the

The shop is absolutely amazing and professional and truly competitively priced. I brought my 335i in with a very strange error code relating to the fuel system and it only did they troubleshoot the code but they were able to resolve it and get it back to me within the week. They also did an oil change and my car drives like new money now. I’m very happy to have found a shop that can actually handle European Cars that is local.

I have a E320 wagon with hydraulic suspension , after searching around for weeks and even taking it to 2 other shops for a diagnosis I ended up at EBB just by chance, and man and I happy that I found them . Not only did they replace my rear struts at a price much lower than I was quoted elsewhere they also provided great customer service . Everyone is very friendly and personable and although it was my 1st time there I felt like I've known them for years. Best European mechanics in the Inland Empire . Hard workers and very knowledgeable when it comes to the foreign cars . If you or your friends and family have any Mercedes or BMW don't hesitate to take them down for the services they need . Don't neglect your car take care of your car and it will take care of you . The guys at this shop are very transparent and literally on point you can trust them with your investment . Like I didn't with mine and I come here for anything my car need. This place is Awsome! Very nice clean and good communication, I lived all the way in Moreno Valley and took my M3 over from the good ratings I’ve read were true! No doubt! This will be my all time mechanic shop. Edward squeezed me in for an oil change and happen to find out there was a stripped head oil plug and happen to fix it! Thanks! Been going to Edward for years now, always does a great job and takes care of me right away. even drove out to replace my starter when I got stranded and car wouldn't start.
Over time He's replaced my starter, water pump, thermostat, transmission fluid, oil, radiator and spark plugs everything with warranty and same day. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

Check engine came on in my Mini. They diagnosed the problem quickly and my repair done in a free hours for a fair price. Not all repairs can go that easy but they were friendly and professional.
Update: Went back for AC installation on my daughters VW Jetta. Same great service and pricing. I recommend this place to anyone with a German vehicle.

This is our first BMW. Purchased used, and of course, two months in and Transmission failure. All I've heard is how expensive repair costs are with this vehicle, so of course, freakout mode engaged!
I first took it to a shop in Rancho Cucamonga for diagnostics after reading reviews. They were very nice, however as I would find out after visiting Elite BMW, not very thorough. After paying for the diagnostic and getting te recommendation of a whole rebuild, something was not sitting right with me. I did not like the vagueness and generality in the diagnostic.
I once again turned to the reviews

Took my car this morning very good service had to get the transmission worked on.
