It's rare to find a place where you're treated with respect and professionalism. When you call you talk to Robert who is the owner of the shop, and he is very helpful and honest. The service is awesome, I was told what work was needed and not pressured like some other places that make you feel they're only after your money. Anything auto related they can do! Thanks Robert!

It's difficult to find a reliable source when it comes to a mechanic. My experience at The Tire Zone exceeded my expectations. From what I heard Robert is the new owner and in all honesty not only is he a professional but he's well versed and knowledgeable about repairing vehicles. He not only fixed an issue I experienced with my front brakes but he dropped off my vehicle at my home. I will continue to bring my vehicles to The Tire Zone. Thank you!

These guys are rip offs, we went for an alignment, they stated my sons truck needed suspension work but they went ahead and did the alignment anyway knowing that if I changed the suspension it would be useless. I would of appreciated a recommendation call first before doing the work and having to pay twice. I then asked for the before and after specks of alignment and they couldn't provide this to me and wanted me to just take their word for the suppose work they performed. Tried to charge my son $79 for work they couldn't prove.

The reviews don't lie folks and this place is the worst! I took my car to repair the windows and they charged 140 just to tell me that it's a harness and they can't get the part for 30 days so I took it somewhere else wich looked at it free and charged 120 to fix all my windows ..that's my car now let's talk about my wife's .they told me her car needed to replace the oil pan and gasket and her car has two oil pans and they would have to take off the bottom one to get to the top and it's a lot of work so they said 800 dollars ..first off my wife's car only

I came here because I needed my oil changed and I thought let me see if they provide this service. I saw the gentleman and asked sir do you change oil here? He said go talk to the office. He was not busy, it's a yes or no question. I said never mind and left. Now I'm at Jiffy lube. Don't have time for rude people.

Brought my car because it was over heating.. turned out I had a few leaks and needed to replace a few hoses and the water pump along with my back breaks... dont get me wrong the work was done and I have not had any problems, BUT I feel like I was overcharged.. I ended up paying 1600.00 for it.. I also got an estimate on my other car.. it was the double knock senor replacement and it was 1200.00 I called another office and they were going to do the same for 550.00.. major difference.. Office clean and managers were nice but I believe this place is definitely over charging their customers.. and for

My friend took her car there and they over charged her. She could of just taken it to the dealership for same price better quality. If you like throwing away money this is the place. Also they didn't even asked her for her phone number or name and they had her number wrong and name wrong. They told her, her car was going to be done in a few days and took them like 2 weeks. Waste of money and time. Also 3 weeks after they gave her her car back "fixed" her car broke down again . Witch they had given her a list of things that where wrong but when it broke down 3 weeks after it was something

I rented a car from Enterprise and noticed a rubber lining under the hood was coming off scraping the road, Enterprise sent me to The Tire Zone which is already a winner in my book to have such a Big account like Enterprise servicing their vehicles. So I called an hour in advance to make an appointment on my lunch, the gentleman was very nice and took my name down. I thought for sure when I got down there I would have to wait but as soon as I drove up the owner and techs new who I was and why I was there. I was in and out of this place in less than 10 minutes. This is by far the fastest vehicle

Provided wonderful fast service for when my suv broke down my vehicle was towed within the hour a rental car was provided and my car was fixed by the end of the day !!!! Affordable prices and very informative clean environment for a tire shop ! Bilingual in Spanish service! Have been going to them over 3 years family friendly environment free mocha and coffee :)

Left the car stained with grease prints on seats and headliner. Broke a panel and refused to take responsibility stating it was broken already when I've owned the car since out the dealer and detail myself regularly. Then left several deep scratches to metal on my door when the seat was removed. Sorry but I would not give them service again they refused any responsibility for any of their doings.
